Staff was great but I got food poisoning. I got the #9 boil I think with crawfish and the Juicy sauce as my sauce choice. It was ok. Not too flavorful but literally 10 mins after eating a little bit, my stomach couldn't handle it. I was nauseous and constipated. Don't go at the end of the day I guess? Maybe the food went bad. I did go around 4 or 5 pm. I had to throw the whole thing away.

Pretty late evening trip to this location. Had a basket of onion rings they were hot and fresh tasted very good. Needed a bit more sauce on the side because they only bring you out one dip like ranch dip but other than that they were delicious. Ordered a bag with juicy sauce corn on the cob and potatoes and rice that was all I ordered it was delicious. I'm not a huge seafood crab person and so I enjoy the vegetable portion of it inside the bag with the sauce and the rice. Had a ginger ale for my drink. The visit was pleasant our waitress was okay. She didn't check on our table as frequent as we would have liked but we do realize it was late night and they were closing within about an hour and a half or so however my check was $28. So it was very reasonable. My food was good The ambiance inside of the restaurant was pretty quiet because it was late night not a lot going on. If you have not visited this location it's a pleasant location to visit and get a good meal.Vegetarian options: They have corn and potatoes and broccoli limited items but they do have some veggie items to choose from

This was not the best location. First of all there’s valet for $10..why am I using valet for juicy crab? Well come to find out people I guess break in cars in the regular parking lot. First red flag. Went inside, the hostess was super cute and friendly. She sat us at our table and we waited for our waitress Mila. Whatever you do don’t get her as your waitress. First of it took her FOREVER to come with our food. Our last friend arrived before our meal came. Milas energy was giving nonchalant she just here so she won’t get fined. She brought my friend the wrong meal but we didn’t say anything about it because we were just ready to go at that point. But yeah don’t book with Mila lol she’s very careless. No smiling no nothing. My friend was purposely trying to be extra nice to her to lift her spirits but she was just so negativeeee. Like why did we have to ask you for more water? Oh and the alcoholic drinks were a 5/10

TLDR: Tasty flavors, fresh crab and shrimp, sweet corn, and rustic interior. The service was super slow on a Sunday afternoon. Great food pricing! Tip: No need to valet for $10... just park in front of the Publix :) My favorite part of seafood boils is the shrimp and the corn and both were perfect! I got the juicy crab combination flavor and it was amazing (just bit too salty). We waited over 20 minutes to be seated but once we ordered, the food came out in less than 10. Great portion for the price!

Been in Juicy Crab multiple times. Today, we invite our friends to join us. I believe our server name was Ari, we were trying to leave the store and waiting for her for our receipt, she said “let me go get your receipt”, waiting for about 5 mns she’s no where. And we decided to get up from our seat, and we LITERALLY see her sitting and chatting with her co workers!! Lord Jesus. These people can’t be lazy like this and expect to get a TIP lmaooo. Smh ??♀️ mind you, I’m always a 25% tipper for a dine in restaurant and good service..And being a party of 4, it has 18% service charge so we have no choice, but she definitely doesnt deserve $38 tip. ????????

This was my first time at this Juicy Crab & I was more than satisfied. When we arrived, it was eerily empty. I’m used to JC being packed & having to wait 15+ mins. There was a few tables but relatively empty. Which was a good thing. Keisha was our server, & she was the bomb! Great attitude, amazing service. Our food came out so quick. Everything was so delicious. I was very satisfied with this experience & would definitely return to this location

This place has a hookah room, which came as a pleasant surprise! Hookah was somewhere around $50 with tip, and paid for separately. No kids allowed in hookah room. They sell snow crab legs by the cluster, and it ended up being about $40 a pound. Snow crab is flavorful but the flavor did not have that much depth. We also shared wings, which were served in their special sauce as well. Loved the wings but again wasn't crazy about the sauce. Would order them again but get buffalo next time. Very nice people working here, and plenty of parking since this is the same shopping plaza as Kroger on Howell Mill. They have a valet on the side of the building, which was a strange thing to see mid week but maybe they get super busy on the weekends and need to use the service. Will be back!
