Went in with my wife and 4yr old daughter to get breakfast. Got seat at 1:30 ordered our drinks but was told they didnt have Mr.Pibb, Chocolate milk for a child or hot chocolate. So we ordered what we could and never received our drinks, we waited for our food for over 30min juts for the waiter to come and inform us that they can't make my wife's order due to being out of something else. Why wouldn't you tell us that after placing the order why wait over 30min to tell us that. The table next to us were seated after us and had already received their food yet we didn't even get our drinks so we decided to just leave at that point. Do not go to this location it was a waste of time and they couldnt have cared less. Go to the Alpharetta location, they are much much better.

the customer service was on the floor, i was forgotten about multiple times & also didn’t receive all the items i ordered. the staff does not work as a team & blames the monstrosity on every one else but themselves. Food is great, but team work & effort a 0.

Please point me to a source that shows where the mandatory 15% added to every bill for the residents of Reserve at Lavista Walk went to… I’d like to see the where the donations were made. Unless this was only an excuse to inflate your business. This was a tragedy for everyone involved. You made claims to help the residents, I want to see proof since you charged this fee for quite a few months post fire.

Hashbrowns were hard. Pancakes were like rubber. Eggs and bacon was the best thing on my plate.

Very good food with recently increased prices due to lack of business since apartment complex across La Vista burned and demolition/ reconstruction has not begun.

Today was our first time visiting The Original Pancake House. We were seated within 15 minutes of arriving and served shortly thereafter. Amanda, our waitress, WAS ASTOUNDING. If you go there, ask for her.The food was good. This was my first time eating an Oven Baked Omelet. It is not my favorite BUT definitely glad I tried it and I would eat it again.

Well, we had a good run OPH. This place has been my go to for great breakfast comfort food for a LONG time but as the bill came for two plates of food and one coffee showing FIFTY DOLLARS, I officially reached my breaking point. Sorry, no inflation excuses, rising prices of ____, or labor shortages can justify that. YOU'RE. A. DINER. If you want to charge me $18 for a plate of pancakes, your plastic cups should not look like they've been chewed on by animals for the last 20 years and I shouldn't see flies flying around. Charge those prices and be a nice restaurant or be a diner and have diner prices -you can't do both. It's no surprise this is the last OPH around (nice job putting the failed buckhead location furniture in here by the way ?) and I can only imagine how much time it has left.

This place used to be amazing and it's now a disaster. How do you run out of egg whites and have a broken oven on a Sunday. Pure laziness and totally unacceptable for this place. I won't ever go back after being a a patron for almost 15 years.

This is an 'old school' family diner. I've been here several times over the course of 2 years and it's always great. They will make just about anything made to order. For example, I asked for 5 scrambled egg whites and it was perfect. Highly recommend.Parking: It's located stand alone, but in the shopping area so there's plenty of parking and EV chargers nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp outside the main double glass doors.

The food was disgusting. Lacking flavor . No seasoning what so ever ! The buttermilk pancakes are blah . IHOP is better and this is supposed to be OHOP . I don’t think this is apart of the franchise from the Midwest but either way food was highly disappointing. The atmosphere is gross , I heard a male waiter say there wasn't any silverware after we were already given dirty cups and plates . There was also old and worn and torn furniture . The floors were not cleaned . Overall terrible experience. However our waiter was very sweet . So they do get a one star for the servers .

Came here for yeaaaaarrrss. They recently raised the price again to the point of insanity: eggs plate (2 eggs, 2 pc bacon, side of grits) for $18.00. Like what ? I can get the same exact thing across the street from waffle house for half of that. I understand inflation is a factor, but c’mon guys .
