Should have just asked for a refund and walked away. Tried ordering a panini breakfast sandwich was told they were out of paninis. Went with the chicken and waffles, they made my waffle and when she went to pull it from the maker, it fell onto the tray and then crumbled. The two workers took like 2 minutes to decide they needed to make a new one. Meanwhile they were making fresh chicken tenders for it that still weren’t done. My coworker I was traveling with ordered the southern breakfast, and he was told they were out of hash browns, however didn’t offer to reduce the price. We waited over 10 minutes meanwhile she had put his order in a box and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. While we were waiting I’m guessing a manager came out and was telling the two workers that they needed to pull out and clean under the different things because of how dirty it was. Again right in front of us. When we finally did get our food, keep in mind with no explanation or apology for the delay, the waffle was undercooked. The chicken was good, but totally not worth the price, even keeping in mind airport prices. My coworkers mean was a joke, his scrambled eggs were burnt, two super thin pieces of bacon, and the worlds smallest, hardest and driest biscuit. Stay away!!

Worst service ever. Staff was eating and dancing in the kitchen area while watching the waiting guests outside standing to order. Then waited on 1 person and then went to unload boxes of hash browns into the freezer . Then went in back to sing again with the staff and then came back out to take another order. Got to the register and they were out of breakfast paninis, fries, and omelets which is over half the menu. Whoever owns this place should hire staff who is capable of providing service.

The food here was awful. This has to be the worst food I've ever had. The biscuits were rock hard, the eggs were brown, no napkins, it was a waste of money. $30 off hot garbage. The staff were very nice but the food was terrible.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Sign says they open at 6. At 6:15 I asked if I could place an order. The woman snapped "in about 30 minutes". One would think when you're in the service industry and you're late, you could at least be pleasant. It's the only option this early in the morning in the International terminal but honestly, I'd rather get a potted meat sandwich off a convenience store floor than have to deal with these angry, bitter, rude, late, inefficient, people again. Truly an embarrassment to the ATL airport, ATL, the South and the country. Hire better, HMS.Oh, I ordered the Southern Classic. "We ain't got that". Could I get the chicken and waffles? "Ain't got no chicken." I ended up ordering the panini. After waiting another 20 minutes, I got it. Not surprisingly, it sucked. What looked like 1/2 an egg , a single strip of bacon on barely toasted bread. Epic fail, Pecan Bistro!

The harsh brown were chocolate and my egg whites were egg brown. The jalapeños grits were good. The biscuits were different, I've never seen them so small.

STAY AWAY FROM THID PLACE!!!... They need to close down and redo everything. Truly awful service (no service), attitude towards customers, food was dreadful, had to throw mine away (more then half the menu was not available). License to operate needs to be pulled or apply new management and clean the place up. I had 45 mins between flights and I wasted my entire layover here (15 mins just at the register waiting to be helped). I had a 10 hour international flight ahead of me. Shame on this place, they could be doing so much better if they had the right leadership and management.

The food is decent here but this location consistently gives the worst customer service out there. The cashiers text on their phones while taking orders or if they aren’t doing that, they have an attitude while taking your order. Can’t win, oh well.

Strange ordering experience where cashier said “F” after I ordered biscuits? Explicit music playing while my 10 year old stood there with me. The food was disappointing and over priced.

The food and the service was the absolute worst. Breakfast was sold out by 9:30. We had to wait to order while the cashier was organizing the display even though the line was growing, no sense of urgency. Chicken sausage was burnt, the hash browns were drenched in grease and the waffle was mushy in the middle. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here, save your money. The employees were completely unprofessional, having personal side bar conversations while trying to place an order. When the cashier returned, she text on her phone the entire time. Why is this place even open? It’s taking up space for a real restaurant.

My mother died 2 years ago and i had to pack up and move away to england. I had to take 2 flights to get to england with a 12 hour layover in AtlantaI hadnt eaten in 2 days so once we got to the international side and through security i found the closest place i could to eatThey were so nice to me and my sister, they even made fries for my sister by themselves with extra seasoning since she wouldn't eat anything elseThank you Pecan Bistro for giving me and my family a nice meal and great southern hospitality before I left America.
