I got the pull chicken first time ever here started eating it. I got bones that I’m chewing from the back of a chicken back start digging through it about more bones more bones bristles by the time I finish picking out the bones I had a pinch of chicken took it back because I did not leave the establishment, gentleman walked in, looked at it and said it wasn’t supposed to be that much bones in the sandwich. The chef the chef looked at it and I explained that I’ve been pulling bones out. He looked at me. He was very nasty and said what do you want me to do i said to him is chopped chicken. He said we use quarters. I understood that because it was one chunk of leg and it was the bone of the leg quarter with more bones from chicken backs and all of that the chef was so nasty this place and the chicken wasn’t done the ribs was tough , and it wasn’t done so my experience here was horrible horrible on all platforms horrible

So I went yesterday to try this restaurant that had caught my eye for a while. I saw the people outside waiting for their food and knew I had to try it.When I first arrived it looked closed so I went to a few stores near by and came back to find out it was open, there just wasn’t any signs or indications of it being open when I first drove past.I ordered the hickory salmon bites and the smoked turkey wing plate with Mac n cheese and collard greens which by my surprise was only $30.The owner was super cocky about the dishes when I asked if they were good and didn’t seem interested in much conversation but did answer my questions. I told him I would be making this review with my name on it lol.I received my food piping hot which I love and the turkey wings fell apart I could taste the smoke but I wish they had a little more of the flavor from the juice that collected at the bottom. The collard greens were good as well. The mac and cheese was basic but way better than what other restaurants offer I would say. My disappointment was the salmon bites. Although the flavor was there they were dry and crushed my spirit as I love smoked salmon and was told these were GREAT! I do see the potential for them to be great but out of 6 bites only one of the small ones had the tenderness I was looking for.That will not stop me from going back though as the food was good and there are other things I want to try such as the ribs and the brisket and so much more. Minus the “little tude” I will definitely be back. Just finished playing golf and the name caught my eye. Crazy good food! Mac n Chesse Doritos balls are crazy along with the fresh strawberry banana pudding. Pulled pork is solid! I’ll be back tomorrow for some ribs! Tina is a great, fun lady! Make sure you stop by this amazing restaurant as soon as possible.
Worst experience ever… I ordered the beef brisket burger, they weren’t clear that it was a grounded pattie .. tasteless and terrible!! My fiancé ordered the fish and it was burned and barely battered.. after reordering twice.. NO REFUND EVEN IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED & EVEN IF THE FOOD IS OVER COOKED!! CUSTOMER SKILLS ARE TERRIBLE.. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICES!!

Absolutely love the mural on the side! I ordered 1 pound of brisket with Mac and collard greens. My friend ordered the Turkey wings, Mac, and green beans. The Turkey wings are the star of the show! I was not impressed with the brisket. But the sides were phenomenal. I also got some sweet potato muffins, my “I need something sweet”. Those were bomb too!

Went to this place bc co worker recommended, I was not disappointed I order rib tips with potato salad and collard greens, I ate like I hadn’t eaten in days!!!! It was just so delicious, the sweet potato corn muffins were a hit as well, a lil pricey but worth it!!! The rib tips were just right and succulent I ate them without bbq sauce, the greens were different as well and they were fresh collards, it was so good to eat a meal that was so satisfying, can’t wait to return
