Went on a Thursday night with a reservation for 5 they were holding an event with Tamar Braxton. Waited 40 minutes to get in while they let "media" anyone with a camera in ahead of us. Finally got in and there were more reserved spaces for family amd friends them actual seats. When we finally found a table for our group we sat for 15 minutes only to have them take the table from us for more "friends" didn't offer a table or nothing. Just oh well we need this table now sucks to be you.

A friend and I came here last night, Friday around 9:30,and they told us ,upon entering, that parking would be $10,which is ridiculous to have to pay to park your own car. I questioned it,because I had came once before and parking was $5 ,the manager then says well its $10 after 10:00 ...I explained that we got there before 10..and she did reluctantly give us our money back for parking, which I was grateful for. Now about the EXPERIENCE...I ordered the lambchops which are amazing, and I got the vegan greens which were also good,and I also got the spinach which was EXTREMELY salty..so I opted for another portion of the greens. My friend ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and a salad..the salmon was severely DRY and hard..we didn't complain though, the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, but my friend enjoyed the salad...we got the salmon and shrimp bites as an appetizer, which came out with our food..and we both had a Hennessey margarita or should I say a cup FULL OF ICE ..still didn't complain we just figured we would go to another spot for a cocktail after dinner..they bring the bill and its $144 and some change...smh.. I reviewed the bill and noticed a service charge, and gratuity...which NORMALLY I would be cool with. Truth midtown yall have to do better..the servers have HORRIBLE customer service, and they make the overall experience regretful, they know they are going to get that gratuity anyway so they don't give a damn about your service experience. So I left her a tip that I felt like she deserved...they chased us saying that the bill wasn't payed in full...we paid for all of our food and drinks even though we weren't both satisfied. Then the security dude says to us.." IF YOU'RE BROKE JUST SAY THAT"We were taken aback..smh. I'm going to social media with this

Went to this restaurant recently and I was excited to taste the food. My yams where cold and the macaroni was way to greasy. They where served in small bowls. You can see the grease through it. This needs to change. Lamb chops where cooked well. I had something floating in my punching ughhh. I assuming dirty ice which they don't clean out. Darius was amazing and he kept checking on us. I let him know that nothing was your fault. Our food was $110.00 and it wasn't worth the cost with all the concerns with the food.
This is actually a really nice lounge. The wait staff is very slow in performing the basic needs. I attended a Monday event and the club was partially empty. The waitress came right away when I sat down but afterwards I went to the bar to grab drinks. It too forever for the hookah to come and when it came it wasn’t pulling properly. I asked for more coal and it took me asking a second time after waiting on the coal before they switched them. Idk if they understand the importance of customer service and a I tip well but I was disappointed. This was my first time on a Monday. Maybe I’ll come on a different night and see if it changes. The food is great btw.

On the other hand, our food was cold and I mean no steam and not hot to touch. Everyone's plate came out at different times and they were all cold. I ordered the catfish and Mac and cheese. The catfish tasted fishy with no seasoning, just breading and the mac and cheese wasn't cheesy at all and had too much garlic powder in it, so ended up not finishing it, even though we were drinking. I got 2 free mimosas for my birthday which was so nice! Atmosphere was nice and clean. Over all I would give it a 6/10.

As yall can see the food was bussing loved the atmosphere my bartender was Darius he was very friendly the service and my valet, Jay was top tier (if y'all need somebody to park your car ask for Jay) ! Definitely coming back!
I wouldn't dare come back here. We visited on a saturday evening around 8pm. There was hardly anyone there. We constantly waited on our appetizers and meals, while our waitress was taking selfies. No refills on the water, no checking in to see if we needed something, "how was the food?", nothing!If I was asked how my food was, I would have asked for something else. The spinach dip was not good at all and tasted like blue cheese dressing. The wings are extremely small and are more like baby chicken nuggets.On top of that, they charge 17% gratuity for every purchase regardless of how the server's customer service is ?. 17% was charged for a shot purchased at the bar and applied at our table for our meals. I left very disappointed and will not be returning.
