My bartender was absolutely terrible. I asked for a food menu and never got it. I complimented him on his Gengar shirt and got no personality or interaction to follow. It seriously made me feel like I wasn't someone worthy of his timeWhy hire someone like that to tend your bar & patrons? That's such a bummer. It took him forever to make my drink. It might have been a bad day. He doesn't need to take it out on your patrons tho.

It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a great night.The owner of the Umbrella Bar at Ponce City Market is truly amazing. Anant created such a welcoming and vibrant space for everyone to enjoy. Their attention to detail and passion for providing a fantastic experience really shines through. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and want them to have a memorable time. NASTY!!! OLD chicken, it was so disgusting we had to throw it away! We waited almost 30 minutes even there were no other costumers, they refused to give us water when we asked friendly and they replied super unfriendly they can’t do that only (expensive) bottle water was available. NEVER again, very disappointing food and costumer service!!!!!
