I hired this food truck for Employee Appreciate Day and I'm so glad I did. This duo was extremely timely (super early at that!), very professional and beyond accommodating. The food was fresh, quickly served and very tasty. Would highly recommend Uptown Food Truck to any team or event searching for savory, American cuisine.

The Shrimp and Grits were a huge hit but everyone had compliments about everything they ate.They were extremely professional and easy to work with. We had Uptown Food Truck for a party at our home tonight and it was great! They were very amenable to all our requests and the guests loved the food! The chicken and waffles were very tasty! I will definitely have the again.

The food was ok. The service was far from fun and friendly . The female at the window hardly smiled. No uniform . They looked like they were so tired to work. Portions are far from what shown on pictures. Would not hire it recommend them . So many better choices out there.

The food was pretty good and fresh.Serving sizes are great and I selected this food truck due to the large food variety they offer.Had a few issues that I got worked out with the manager who really has great customer service and leadership qualitiesIf we host a similar event next year I will be considering this company again.

Everything started off great spoke with their business manager or whoever handles booking then it turned very unprofessional. They canceled the day before our party booking then charged our card that was not on file because she "thought" she double refunded us.. (charging the patrons card not on a business day and without our consent). She then said she was going to refund us and had yet to do so after about 2 weeks of hassle. Still no luck.
