one of the people connected to the owners i knew was very rude to me and i am not interested in providing her family with any money there are other taco places out there. i would advise everyone to eat at one of them. word to the owners if your gonna have someone put an online profile using your name you might do well to tell them to treat others with respect. cuz you know what they say about karma!

We’ve had very bad experience with one of the employees who was very rude and mean. In spite of tipping him he demanded for more. Once we complained to the manager, the other employees laughed it out. In the end while we were walking out and they made fun and teased. Expected to have minimum decency while interacting with customers.
One of the most horrible experiences ever! The server was extremely rude. I paid him cash and I was owed 7$ back, initially he asked me if he could keep it. I did not find it reasonable, regardless I tipped him off. Afterwards, when I ordered again which was after 10-15 mins, I did not tip him for which he started being rude by saying don't come back in my line again. When I asked "Is this how you treat your customers?" He proudly said I do. When I complained to the manager about the same, one of the employees giggled and even the manager did not care about the customer experience. To add on top the working individuals were teasing us on purpose because we complained. I did not receive any formal apology. Extremely disappointed with the customer experience that too from a recognised organization like Velvet Taco.

The customer service was horrible, the cashier was impatient and rude. Upon complaining to the manager - he just smiled, and a coworker laughed at the cashier’s rudeness making fun of us. There was no apology from the employee or management.Horrible customer service.

I got very sick last night after eating here. I usually love Velvet Taco. Granted, it was late.When I was served the waffle taco, it was cold. I figured nothing more than that, but it was probably undercooked.I ended up throwing up the entirety of my contents a few hours later.I won’t come back for a long time - if I can even imagine coming back.
