Rude and unprofessional via managementAbsolute worst customer service experience of my life. I would not suggest ordering from here. The restaurant had to change my order and did not properly communicate that with ... so it fell on me to stand outside at midnight and call customer service for 45 minutes and figure out the new total after the adjusted my order. Enjoyed my morning, but was interrupted with an argument amongst the staff. Regardless of what transpired, it could have been handled differently out of sight of the customers. My server was amazing.

I helped a family on Thanksgiving. They were hungry but non of the ppl who prepared for Thanksgiving wasn't ready for company or ready to serve. That place I feel, saved me. I promise them if get them something to eat . ... And this place came through. The food was very delicious. Hot.... The food was cooked to order. It didn't disappoint..

Marie is a sweetheart. She works the counter and is always pleasant when I come there. I come at least 8x a month. Today was a bad morning for me and even with the mask she could tell I needed affirmation. She was so bubbly and positive. Her words Iof encouragement that it's a beautiful day.... instantaneously made my day better. She was a blessing to this disabled veteran today. I have been here 3 years and only go to this waffle house. The service is great! The food is good too obviously.
