An excellent, inexpensive option for breakfast. Always popular, great service and the best breakfast sandwich that I can remember. Some locations can be better than others but you really can't go wrong food wise. Service was generally great (we had a waitress who it was her first day, she was doing great ?) and it was a short wait. Wish we had more of these where I live!

The late night online ordering is the worst idea ever. They are missing out on alot of business with this practice. I had cash on me and left my wallet purposely at the hotel. I had my id and Cash only. The customer service was horrible and really put a bad taste in my mouth. I would have been ok with the online ordering, but its the customers service that made me write this negative review. She didn't even give me the dignity to come to the window to explain. She just rolled her eyes and expect for me to understand what she was communicating to me 15 feet away through the window while she was at the counter. This is my first review ever, and I felt compelled to write this because of the lack of respect and dignity

The people in here have a very nasty attitude, and the lady touched the food with NO GLOVES ON!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL..

$5 for a small waffle (about 10 cents worth of ingredients). The food quality is the same as Denny's, but at a higher price. The food wasn't horrible (like Denny's, somewhere you go because it's 24 hours, not for the quality or taste). But the service was horrible.I don't usually care much about service, unless it is remarkably bad or remarkably good. I am fairly certain the server was on drugs, forgetting parts of the three things that I ordered, taking about 30 minutes to clean around 12 tables while I waited, etc. The neighborhood is not bad here, just a few homeless.

This Waffle House needs to be reported! This is not a healthy environment. So many customers left the place because the severs didn't want to take orders, clean the tables, and of course the bathrooms were out the picture.

I’ve never in my life experienced such an awful experience. Your employee with the Yellow wig closed the store because she wasn’t getting enough tips. Exhausted from a long day and hungry as hell I waited over 45 mins, just to get 2 folks behind before ordering for her to say “We not taking anymore orders”. This was absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this location at all.If you guys even bother to read surveys, this happened on 2/12 @ around 3:30am

Food was ok but service was slow. The reason for 1 star is that the women's restroom was really dirty and there was NO SOAP. Not that the soap dispenser was out - it had literally been removed. So all the female employees are making your food without washing their hands after the toilet. Also, 2 employees were standing outside on the corner chatting and I saw the yt guy expectorate a huge glob of spit right on the sidewalk.

I want to rate this higher, but I came on two separate days with two very different experiences. The first day was phenomenal. Great service, great food. No complaints, left very satisfied. The second day was disappointing. It was very busy and service was not as good. The staff were still friendly, but they got my order wrong, giving me scrambler eggs instead of over-easy eggs, and forgetting the pecans on my waffle. The waffle cook also burned at least 4 waffles while we were waiting for our food.Some shared experiences include the quality of the food being very good both times, and the workers being friendly. On the negative side of things, the place smells like grease and the water wasn't very clean.

The best thing about Waffle House, the food came quickly - and I was out the door just fast.For years I’ve been hearing people in the ATL talk about the Waffle House and I was excited to try it. The menu options was lacking, it’s called the Waffle House but there was only a single waffle dish on the menu - and it was nothing flavored like blue better, cherry or even flavored syrup. Eggs were ok, bacon ok, steak sand which ok. After years of hearing rapper talk about it I was very disappointed. Been really disappointed overall with the quality of food here unless I’m ready to spend money.

Awful customer service once again. And how do you just close and stop taking orders in the middle of the day but you have 5-6 employees sitting around doing nothing???

Honestly the worst waffle house experience I've ever had. Had to wait outside in the cold rain, and it took 2 HOURS (and there was only like 4 people ahead of us). Finally got the food, and it was wrong. The three women working were having a great time and playing around while I saw food that was ready sitting on the counter for 15+ minutes. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Ordered online for take out. When we arrived at the restaurant a security guard closed the door in our face and told us they were closing for 40 minutes. We explained we were just picking up a togo order that was already supposed to be ready. He told us we would just have to wait. A few minutes later he came back to the door and asked us what we wanted. We explained the situation again. He then told us we must have ordered from another location. We showed him our receipt with this address on it. He reluctantly went back in and came out with our food. Said it was under another name. We were short a waffle, syrup, and utensils. We gave up and walked back to our hotel.TLDR: Avoid this location at all cost.

I would not recommend this restaurant if you are look for quality service and satisfactory customer service. Upon our arrival, at 1:24pm, we were rudely greeted with "We are CLOSED and not taking any more customers". I look online to see what time the business closes and it's at 3:00pm. I go back in to ask why and I'm ignored by the staff. #callbeforeyougo
