I love Waffle House and this location was everything I had hoped for. The smell of grease and coffee, the greasy menus and atmosphere, the lovely staff who easily handled a homeless person storming in for a tables leftovers, and the amazing grill people who don't use a ticket system but somehow get every order correct.Vegetarian options: Nothing is labelled vegetarian, not even the potatoes.

This place is horribly managed. They are often understaffed and sometimes will only have a couple booths as "open" when there are plenty of available booths and seats. And they'll get mad at you if you sit in one of them without their permission. They are always on the cusp of collapse, and you get the sense that every employee is struggling. That said, sometimes there will be plenty of staff (I once counted twelve servers and cooks) and yet they still won't address you or even look at you when you come in the door. I've stood there for ten minutes before, made eye contact with people, and they would honestly rather me go away before asking if I would like to sit in one of their "open" booths. This is an unstable, chaotic Waffle House that puts the brand name to shame, mostly due to its terrible management and a staff that is run so thin they can't summon the will to care.

This is probably the worst waffle House I've been to. It was dirty, as in they were not cleaning up tables after customers ate. There were only 3 employees, two of which were actually working. The food wasn't prepared well, to the point that my son's grilled cheese wasn't even good.The employees were rude (not to me directly but to other customers) if they were asked for anything extra. They were only letting people sit at 3 tables and not Even the bar top.Don't think I'll return to this one even if I'm starving.
I went there this morning at 5:11am, as Waffle House a reputation for being open 24/7 with dine-in seating. I was told they only offer to-go options until 7am, and have been for years. I’ve eaten here in the past, inside, in the last 6 months before 7am.

The manager is really rude. I placed a to go order and she wouldnt let me sit to wait (it took 30minutes) and they were not busy. Most of the staff was also sitting. All I ordered was a waffle, and it wasnt even cooked on the inside. If I could leave a negative review I would. By far the worst experience at waffle house. She also was telling another lady that she could not eat her to go order inside, and the lady didnt acknowledge her. She said oh well she dont understand it will be okay. Discrimination at its finest. Avoid if at all possible.
