The employees are were rude, the food comes out burnt or not cooked properly at all the waffle makers make horrible waffles because there is no waffle timer the manager is extremely rude and lazy and not to mention the rats the size of humans running around the parking lot and it’s so uncomfortably cold for the employees and customers would not recommend go to a store on the northside

The manager said we weren’t allowed to sit down to be served so we had to go around back to place an order and we had to stand outside in the cold holding our food to eat it. You would think in 2024, that employees at one of America’s finest establishments would not do such a thing to faithful customers.

The staff was rude. I walked in, to place an order, but was told to leave, go outside and place order online. I ordered waffles and none of them were full waffles. They used the least amount of batter possible. Not one of them was even round.

I came here to get some food and the young lady inside did absolutely nothing!!!! The young man tookOur order and cooked it and she did nothing but talked to the people sitting down. IFelt so bad for him. I hate for someone to be disrespected and she did nothing to help him. I want to thank him for his service.
