I get off work, and Cookout as well as Waffle House is the only place that is usually open. I’m a choice eater so Cookout’s menu doesn’t spark my interest to often. But who could deny breakfast right? So I came to Waffle House one day, then came the next, ... and not one time was I served. They denied taking orders due to a catering order the first day. Then it was “give us 20 minutes” and never came thru. I got off early and I tried it one more time. When I came in the same staff was in from the other days, and was taking orders, when it became my turn they all rushed away, and when asked how long before my order can be placed, I was rudely signaled to “sit back and wait”. Took over 20 mins to place the order and a girl named Sam was coming in for her shift rushed over to come help me.

In town on a road trip, stopped for breakfast. Ordered a sausage egg cheese bowl on hashbrowns along with a peanut butter chip waffle. Food was delicious. Service was great, waitress was very polite and attentive. Would definitely come back.
You'd think the food would actually be hot with how busy they were. The cheese on my hashbrowns looked like it was an after thought. Maybe they were not aware that the cheese would MELT if you put it on the hasbrowns as they are cooking. And sausage doesn't need to be hot, or even juicy.And when someone wants a WELL DONE, A.K.A. DARK waffle, they shouldn't have a waffle as light as my white a@@ shoved back in the waffle iron backwards and flattened out like a Stroupwaffle.My server looked like she didn't even want to be there.Waffle has been more disappointing as time has gone on.

My kids and I Walked in this morning for breakfast this morning, the food came out super fast(the cheese eggs were ON POINT) the music was playing, everyone in the restaurant had food, the best service I’ve had in a minute. My server AP was quick & super nice. Thanks you

Under the table was disgusting there was a piece of hair in my food the water tasted like skin water but the workers were nice I do not recommend going but you can to try it out.
Horrible customer service I waited inside for over 15 mins and they did not take my order and had me waiting and told me people outside would go

Very rude staff. They don’t respond courteously for To-Go orders and they take 40+ minutes to prepare. Will not come back here. The manager should look into how the night shift at 9:30pm operates on Saturdays. Terrible attitude and customer service.
