Seriously wish I would have went somewhere else started out not good they didn’t have any wheat grass or add ons he forgot what I ordered and had to tell him 3x and then he asked his co worker who was walking around on the phone outside of the smoothie place and she was just living her best life cussing and could care less people were in line it was as if I bothered her !! Lol to help him get my change she literally didn’t even make eye contact with me she flung the money over to me and just walked away while he made our food !! Never again

I tried no stars but that was not an option. I visited this business just prior to exiting the airport at 16:15 on March 30. What I experienced was nothing lest than abhorrent and irredeemable customer service. I stood at the register patiently waiting for no less than a minute as the woman there played on her phone. At one point she gave me a half way look up then continued. Finally I said excuse me can I get some help. I then received a blank stare. I asked if they had any pre- made juices, to which she responded "I don't know what that means." I took the time to explain and got a "yeah" response. What types do you have available? I asked. "It's in the cooler." She replied I repeated my question. Trying to arrest the downward spiral I asked to speak to a supervisor; someone who knows what going on and can be of assistance. I asked twice before I realized she was pointing at herself. I was eventually shown where the cooler was -which she suddenly commenced restocking. In the end I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Atrocious attitude and service. The cashier at counter guy was nice but the lady (Mack-B) making it had attitude that was borderline bullying. Run away.

Today, I faced unacceptable service at your place. The cashier ignored my greeting, wasted time, and refused to sell mango pineapple sorbet, claiming it was "hard to scoop." She said to come back at 3:30pm when her manager could do it. This is ridiculous. I'm a regular, and the ongoing bad attitude and service here have hit a limit. Selling a product that's right there and available shouldn't be this hard. The airport needs to fix this now because it’s against the utmost level of customer service they always talk about.

Tried ordering a $15 fruit bowl. Two employees sitting on their rears, looking bothered, said "they don't have the ingredients".

Always my first stop when landing in ATL before grabbing my uber. Fresh juices and smoothies at baggage claim near starbucks. Needed something a little different today than the exact menu choices and the manager happily made the swaps. Would have snapped the pic, but drank it before getting to the uber stop THANK you for the lovely service and dependable healthy choice...

The girl working today 10/15 was ghetto and rude. There was nobody in front after I just purchased a 10 dollar smoothie and I went to grab a fork and she told me they were $0.25 and laughed. Guess for this type of place you aren’t going to get customer service.

Picture this…..you approach the counter to find one employee leaning on register and the other talking away on their phone via earpiece. No other customers. Order my smoothie. Employee yells to other my smoothie. He keeps talking away and I notice he’s chewing something. Surprisingly my smoothies done quickly. Right after he sets my cup down he reaches into a bag to pull a half eaten hot dog. He dips it in ketchup and begins eating it while talking away and handling utensils used to make smoothies. This is the sort of employee oversight at this location. It’s also one glimpse into our new world where no longer is there care for service, and there’s simply apathy.. it’s sad!

Is good when you can get somebody to do anything. Today I am here at 8:15 and they are not making crepes because they are still setting up. I asked when would start, didn’t know. Last time I was here a couple months ago they were 30 minutes late opening at all. Could see them on their phone behind the roll up. ?

The young females that work here are rude! Stopped here a few days ago for a Nutella crepe. I had waited in a long line. Was told the item I wanted was not available so I looked back up at the menu to find something else. The girl working then goes to the next customer & asks them what they would like to order. Not impressed.

RUDE! DISGUSTING! ATROCIOUS! DISASTROUS! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! All words to describe the service and employees of Freshen's Smoothies in ATL AIRPORT. All I asked was "What kind of juice is used in the smoothie?" You should see how these people reacted. ESPECIALLY the AFRICAN man who thinks he's the CEO. TERRIBLE! He even cursed me out and told me to leave because I kept asking is it Apple juice, orange juice, or what? If you have any allergies especially .. please BEWARE of this place. They find it hard to tell you what's contained in the smoothie .. maybe they don't know themselves. The line is crazy for no reason as well and the environment is very "heavy". Smh!! If you want to be embarrassed and talked down to .. go support these animals.
