I think this store needs new management. Keeping the doors closed all day because you don't want to clean the front of house when fully staffed and when posted dining room time says 9am-10pm with no further explanation; including the fact they are struggling to get orders correct in a 5 car long line at the drive through. Not to mention them talking rudely about customers and forgetting to turn the mic off to the point where a guy is coming in trying to fight the kitchen workers over words said. Come on people I have a job just like you do, let's at least get the bare minimum right for what that job requires.

At approximately 250pm I went to this place The manager has a bad attitude.I order bacon cheese burger meal he ask me to pull up I waited 15min they literally forgot I was out there waiting when I walk back in nobody knew what I had just ordered so I ask for my money back he caught a nasty attitude and snatch the bag of food out my hand he was not apologetic do not spend your had earn money at this location pls go else where. Where u are more appropriate

I went for a late dinner. Pleasantly surprised, the burger was well prepared, and both the sandwich and fries were really hot. I enjoyed both immensely, followed by a cold Coke zero.

This Wendy's is conveniently located along the Howell Mill shopping complex. I come here often to get their app offers. Helps me save a lot on my food.The place has lots of seating and has quick service. I just have one minor complaint about an old African American lady (I assume she is a manager here). She doesn't know how customer service works and gives off rude vibes. Often other employees take over and ensure things run smoothly which is nice.The place has plenty of parking, and is hygienic too. They have free wifi too. The black guy manager(i didn’t know a name) needs to be GONE. Very rude and customer service is TERRIBLE! I’m seeing multiple reviews about poor management and I see why. We went through the drive thru today and he asked me why was I paying with coins. Excuse me? This is all in front of my daughter and the female employee at the window. This is NOT a way to exemplify great customer service or show your employees how to treat customers. I advised him that this was very rude to come from a manager and he said it was rude for me to hold up the line counting coins. Like what? VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!

While at the drive through with my friend, she was paying in a few dollar coins just to get rid of them from the cup holder. The lady at the window was patiently waiting. However, a manager (male) walked up and started making rude remarks about how long it was taking (literally took less than 2 mins) and he continued to express his annoyance. My friend lets him know how rude his remarks are and how uncomfortable he made her feel. The manager then takes a condescending tone and says “oh do you think that’s rude? Imagine the people waiting behind you). At no point In time should ANYONE, especially a manager make a PAYING customer feel belittled or rushed. We will not be coming back to this location because of his attitude ALONE. Id leave negative 2 stars if I could.
