Gave me a burger on sandwich bread. Not very good at all. The Diet Coke was good though.

As a Houston, TX native, eating in Whataburger restaurants has been a staple for my entire life…that said, I have to say that I absolutely LOVE the new interior design of these new builds. It’s so clean and inviting! The icing on the cake was the tables that had the signature Whataburger stickers all over them! I go thru Marietta every 2 weeks & you can guarantee I’ll make it a point to go out of my way to come back to this location! I must also mention that the night manager was phenomenal! He was so polite and accommodating to me having a trailer and needing to come in to pickup my mobile order at night! I hope Whataburger keeps him around for as long as they possibly can because restaurant managers do not come like him anymore! THANK YOU!!

This location is sooo slow. And the food is always cold by the time I get it, which makes no sense. They need to train with the Kennesaw location because I never have this problem there. Also, cover the ordering box in the drive thru! When it’s pouring raining, you have to order with all the rain coming in your window.

I want this score to be higher, but constant cold food and long delays to get cold food means

Compare this to other locations and you will quickly see why I gave it 2 stars. The level of service is nowhere close to standard.Wait for someone to take your order.Listen for them to walk out and call your name for food (when you have a number).Ask for spicy ketchup. Remind the server who brings it that you ordered a child's shake.Get a large shake. Enjoy your not so great burger. Fries were the only bright spot.I love Whataburger. I hope this location gets it together eventually.

I don't know if it was an internet error, but I arrived at 10:35 pm and although the internet said it was open 24 hours, they told me it was already closed. They should correct their schedule or correct employees.

Omg so good first timer I wish they had these in Illinois but I guess a good reason when we visit Georgia to go here big burgers like bk whopper size. Had the crispy chicken with both American and Monterey cheese is the best chicken sandwich i ever had.

Ive been to this location twice. Once for dinner and the latest for breakfast. For dinner I order the melt sandwich it was luke warm mostly cold. The fries were cold also. I decided to give them another try and went for breakfast. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit and the bottom of the biscuit was hard as brick, so I didn't eat it. But the rest of it still left much to be desired. After waiting in line for such a long time on each visit, one would expect their food to be hot but that just isn't the case here. I doubt I'll be back any time soon.

Sat in line for 25 mins just to get my food cold and filled with mustard … bread soggy …. When I called it took them along time to answer and it was no I’m sorry … it was when can you come back … like I have two small kids I can’t just come back after paying my money and trusting that my food would be good ! DONT GO HERE (by Cumberland mall ) GO TO THE ONE IN KENNESAW ITS CLEANIER and the food comes out hot !!!

To be completely new. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had in SMRYNA. This facility is filled with unprofessional people that don’t like their job. I was given miss information, problems unsolved and I was hung up on after sitting in line 30 minutes to receive a cold burger and a hard bun.

Absolutely worst experience at a Whataburger. Drove into the drive thru to find 2 members sitting on the ground with ordering tablets in hand, I asked them if they were taking orders a la Chick fil a style. They directed me to the menu, but then I guess they realized they were actually supposed to be working. With Only 3 vehicles in front of me, I waited 10 mins to get to the window, to then be told there would be a delay and was asked to park in a takeout lane. Figured all restaurants can have a bad day but I could clearly see that the restaurant was totally in disarray. After parking and waiting for another 15 mins, I simply gave up on Whataburger being able to provide me with a fast food experience.Soon after that, I headed inside to try and get my money refunded but for that I at least needed a receipt(which I wasn’t given, since I never got my food). The restaurant seems fairly empty with only 3 tables in use.Walking up to counter I was cut off by an off the clock employee(he was wearing a Whataburger uniform under a jacket) that seemed to be playing some sorta stalling game for the cashier. The cashier looked frantic, even saying out loud to his coworker, “I don’t care, i don’t care, all I care about is that I got my 40 hours”, referencing his hours worked so far.Once my turn was up, I explained to the cashier about my missing food, and the complete and total lack of customer service. He went into the kitchen to look for my food, brought it out and in an almost laughing way said, “I threw in a brownie for you.” At that point I knew my food wasn’t going to be fresh or even warm, so I declined it all together and asked for my money back. I also asked to speak to the manager but my initial request was met with a blank stare. After being ignored, I politely asked a 2nd time. Donovan walked up a couple minutes later and his nonchalant response to my comments on the over all experience with his Whataburger was, “Eh, we'll do better!” So I went to Wendy’s.I emailed WB customer service but never received a response back.

Don't waste your time. The food was nothing special - and I actually prefer the fries from McD's. Never mind the restaurant was rather warm when I walked in. And the staff there needs some serious coaching/training in customer service. I saw the young male at the front counter using his phone multiple times while waiting on my food. He could've/should've been doing things like restocking cups, napkins, straws, etc instead. One female - who seemed to be a manager of some sort - apparently had an employee do something contrary to what she'd already told them. Rather than address it later, she proceeded to badmouth that employee in front of others as well as customers waiting for their food. And personal belongings of employees like coats were being stored in cabinets in the dining room. Let's just say today will most likely be both my first and last visit to Whataburger.

What bad service, more than 40 minutes to receive my food. Is this food and fast? I don't think so. And the worst thing is the mediocre food, waiting 40 minutes for this is not worth it. I do not recommend to anybody.

Cold food. A ton of staff members outside by the front doors of the restaurant smoking cigs and cursing loudly as I pulled into the drive thru.
