It was my first time eating at one of these sandwich shops and the staff was very friendly and showed me the unique order process. My sandwich was good and fresh. My strawberry shake, afterwards, was a nice refreshing treat on this hot Atlanta day. I will return again.

I'm giving the food a 3, because I didn't actually get to eat it, but I'm sure it's pretty good. Me and a coworker walked in to get a couple of sandwiches, and there were 4 employees sitting at the register, we walked up and the girl asked what we would like, there was a bit of a language barrier, but we made it though most of the order, until an older woman stepped in, and started asking us if we "signed the paper", literally everyone in there looked confused, even the other employees. I said I didn't understand, because I've never eaten there before, and she asked me what I wanted, and I said a Buffalo Chicken sandwich, just like the younger woman had on the screen already, for me. They all were so confusing I just walked out. I don't normally write out reviews, but this was the strangest, most awkward transaction I have ever had at a fast food joint. I would not ever recommend eat at this particular storefront. We had actually tried to go at 1pm, a little earlier that day, and they were closed at peak lunch hours, and the older woman looked at my friend and I, and just shrugged her shoulders. Very, very strange experience. Walk or drive on past this one.

I came in to order me and my children lunch. The kids meal says 5.50 which includes a sandwich, chips, drink and a special treat. You’re able to add extras if you would like. I chose not to add anything extra. So as I’m ringing my items up the cashier keep adding fries for $1.00 the kids meal. After I explained I don’t want the extra fries or the extra charge they were making it seem like they were giving me the drink and chips for the extra $1.00. So after going back and forth about me not paying an extra dollar for something I didn’t want i just decided to leave. Why would I be charged for something that I didn’t want??? No one in there were even trying to help make the situation better. I will never come here again.

Walked in and it was slightly busy for lunch hour.I didnt wait long before someone took my order. They actually have bags you can fill out so when you get to the register, you hand them the bag, they put in your order, you pay and wait. You can seat yourself. Food came out pretty fast. I got the regular size ZA'Which sandwich, added on a drink and chips. My order came out to be no more than $11.65. It was pretty good. Ambiance is calm but upbeat and vibrant. It is what you make it. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

Their avocado byo wich was a guilt-free delight. The vegetables was fresh, and the avocado added a creamy and satisfying element. I recently discovered this hidden gem that serves the most amazing sandwiches in town. I tried their roast beef wich and the beef was juicy, the onions added a hint of sweetness, and the sauce gave it a nice kick. I can't wait to try their other sandwich options!

When I walked into the store, it took 10 minutes for anybody to knowledge the sub just did not taste good to me. The drinks elections were horrible.
A step up up from subway in taste but not in price. At the time of this review, customers wrote what they wanted only for them to ask the customer everything they ordered. May just be easier to order right at the counter. Ordered to go regular Philly Steak

Honestly not bad at all, I think I might selected the wrong condiments on my sandwich, but the fry's and orea shake we're great. I got the super, wasn't able to finish. Something you could spilt between two people.

My first and last time coming to this establishment. The staff isn't very friendly. The toppings and meat was bland and lacked flavor. I wouldn't came out better getting a sub from Subway. The lady didn't put all of my toppings on the sub. Please don't waste your time or money coming here!

The food is great but the staff shows no customer service. The elderly latina lady is really nice, but the girl with the glasses and hijab is very rude and acts like she cannot help or when you ask her for things she has an attitude

If you're hungry and need a quick bite to eat and you don't have many choices, give this establishment a try. The service was ok and the ambiance was ok as well. The restaurant was not that crowded while I was in there, but I would not ever have to eat there again and would be fine with that. I went to the Howell Mill location and kinda feel like I was charged more than I should have been, and in the end, my food was just sub par. There is nothing to write home about at this location, so I'm not sure about others. I could be hungry and pass right by this place and search for something more suitable to my liking.
