Today, I decided to visit the nearest Whole Foods. It was a bit confusing coming from the basement parking lot, as there were no clear signs indicating where to go. However, I noticed that there was another level of parking. I took the stairs up to the store, although they did have working elevators, which I used when I finished shopping.I didn't see any shopping carts, so I grabbed a basket. I had several coupons to use, but ended up using just one. The company had claimed that I would find certain products at Whole Foods, but that wasn't the case. This location was smaller than others I've visited in the past, which might explain why they didn't have what I was looking for. I did find bacon that cost ten dollars.I wanted to get a feel for the store, but the employees' attitudes were somewhat off-putting. The man stocking the meat didn't say anything, he just looked. The young lady by the wine didn't speak, and of the two men who were talking, only one spoke. The cashier didn't speak either, and she seemed like she didn't want to be there. I even asked her a question, and she seemed reluctant to answer.Today's experience was kind of weird. It seemed like the employees chose who they wanted to be friendly to. I don't really see the appeal of high prices coupled with bad attitudes. They don't have to worry about me coming back.

Wasted a trip. This location does NOT carry Taylor's of Harrogate "Assam" tea.

I had a really weird, & nasty interaction today at this location. I stopped by this whole foods for some lunch today. Upon entry, there was a girl (close to my complexion) posted at the self checkout area, which is fairly close to the entrance…so a greeting, or a smile even, would have sufficed. Hell, anything besides the look of disgust that she carried. Whatever, pay her, & the other employees blankly staring no mind. First time at this specific Whole foods, so as I walked, I was looking around, just to figure out where things were. Stumbled upon a taco stand and walked over to it, where I was met with even more disgusts, dismissiveness, and just outright rudeness from an Amazon affiliate working inside of what I thought was still the taco stand, for simply inquiring about the food. She had one of the nastiest predispositions I’ve encountered, & I really wish I could have gotten her name because it was THAT bad, & Amazon shouldn’t have her working with the public. Asked the self checkout girl who was just standing there at the moment, if I may speak with a manager because at that point, I was deeply offended because I hadn’t done anything but simply try to exist, & purchase food, yet, so far everyone I encountered made both extremely difficult & uncomfortable, all unprovoked. I was all smiles when I entered, but I left a little taken back & shaken (hence my review). However, I will say the new manager Marc, seemed pretty cool & he stated he’d escalate my concern as best he could, although they operate separately. I really hope he did because that exchange was pretty ridiculous and uncalled for. I noticed on my way out, the same nonchalant, & unwelcoming self checkout girl, being pretty interactive when assisting someone who wasn’t black and I found that very telling, but not surprising. The collard greens I purchased from one of the stations were really good but that, and Marc being the only nice one I encountered, is all I have for this location. I want to say I won’t be back to this Whole foods, but I cant give them that satisfaction. But I would like to encourage this store to be kinder, because It’s free. Life is already hard enough in general for everyone, why decide to make a grocery visit terrible?

Always the best!!! Just in my personal opinion prices in some items are expensive

I love this location, except they do not have cashiers in the morning! Bagging my own groceries is not very ideal

Every time I buy the Siete Fuego Potato Chips they are stale.. I never return them I’m just out of money every single time. For 2024 I feel you guys should make sure every item is fresh. Also the bag says it’s in date but they are not which lets me know it isn’t exactly whole foods but the actually company. I’m not sure how you guys can fix this issue but I would love to see a change in 2024..One thing I can say about this whole foods is that… if it’s brought to their attention they will make the necessary changes, and because of that I still will always support this place.I used to come and the restrooms were always dirty. I complained and when I started to come back the restrooms are now always clean. I know they will the necessary changes.

Wonderful experience today. Jenny, who was working in the bakery section went to the back to see if my favorite dessert was available. I’ve been looking for it for a couple weeks now as it is out of season. She went above and beyond and it really made my day. Thank you so much !
