So, I used to really like this spot… I’ve actually catered from them numerous times and have always had a quality experience up until about 3 months ago. The staff is suddenly very inefficient, unprofessional and vulgar to be honest. A week ago I was eating in the back patio and a staff member of howlin Willy’s ( which is part of this establishmet) walked out and spat on the floor… after the third time I asked he please not do that as it’s not pleasant to see that period, rather less when you’re eating.. this individual laughed about it and walked inside. Today, I came in after a month and now it’s at the point where the food isn’t even good anymore. I got a Willy’s burrito, took forever to make, the spicy chicken tasted burnt or like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in ages… & the chips were so stale I could nearly bend them… needless to say I won’t be coming back again nor catering for crews upwards of 500 like I have in the past. I’d highly encourage management to implement changes here or have higher supervision do their job. This was a great spot, please bring it back.
