They need to hire a better, more friendlier staff. My teen daughter was in here on Sunday night (approximately 8pm). She expressed to me how unprofessional and rude the cashier was when placing her order. My daughter wanted some type of loaded-type fries with her combo. However, the cashier rudely said, “I’ve already rung up the order”! Seem simple to just adjust it or whatever. Bottom line, my daughter wasn’t able to get what she wanted because the cashier was obviously going through it in life. But when my teenager came back to the car and told me about this rude, unprofessional cashier, I decided to write this review. We have been here before, but this is the first time a staff member has been so unprofessional. Then again, we typically come during the day.*Management: Let’s do a better job at hiring folks with better attitudes, point blank.

So I ordered off DoorDash and I didn’t like their food at all I ordered the Cajun corn uhm the lemon pepper and mild wings and coca-cola, the lemon pepper wings was disgusting and the mild wings was disgusting also it tasted like it wasn’t fried at all.

I can say with certainty this is the worst place I’ve ever ordered food from. The wings were cold, not warm they were cold to the touch, and so were the fries. I received no dipping sauce even though I paid for 2. The customer service was horrible as well rude staff and no order at all within the store. This place needs to be closed down I would not recommend anyone eat here. Terrible experience

They always say 25-30 mins wait, always! This is never the case, they will keep pushing your wait time for almost an hour. Their inline wait time and in person wait time is the worst. Never trust their wait time, plan on waiting waaaay more then they tell you to. I have been here so many times and it’s always the same.
I ordered food on the app to be picked up...They said their system was down so they never got the order...Asked for a refund and never got the refund after calling up to the store on multiple occasions

Honestly the worse place I’ve ever ordered food from. They always get the order wrong , I don’t know if all of the employees are incompetent and can’t read but it’s ridiculous how they never get the order right. I don’t even understand why this location is still open , it’s dirty inside, the employees talk and stand around while you are waiting at the register to get your order taken. They don’t greet customers while taking their orders I received a “what you want” when I asked the cashier how her day was going . I ordered a 5 piece tender combo with voodoo fries ,5 piece Cajun corn, ranch and a side of hot sauce I received my voodoo fries , only 3 tenders and that was all. I didn’t get my corn , hot sauce or ranch. PLEASE FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF AND START OVER

I will never come back to this place i stopped by on lunch break today I only ordered a small fry and a small fried corn after I waited thirty minutes for my order my lunch break is only thirty minutes by the way I waited five more minutes before I canceled my order and the manager lady refused to give me a refund she also refused to give me corporates number so I had to dispute the charges with my bank wouldn't recommend this place to a dog ??
