Been here twice, both times service was great and food was even better. The vegetable fried rice w/ yum yum sauce was amazing. I got the ranch wings, fries and onion rings and EVERYTHING was fresh and tasty!
Ordered $90+ of food on 3/1/2024 for delivery from the location on Cascade Rd in Atlanta Ga. One of the burgers didn't come but we were charged for it. Tried calling several times but no one ever answered. Disappointing but will never be ordering from this unresponsive business again.

The best WNB location is hands down!!!!!! Food always tastes fresh, handled with care, cooked perfectly, and never dry or under cooked. Their food quality goes beyond flavor, which is amazing, but their 5 stars really reflect in how fresh everything tastes. Ima bone-in gurl but accidentally ordered boneless and it was so good I keep ordering that now every now and then. Again, never dry or undercooked. Customer service is always amazing, patient, kind, professional!!!! I had a problem, and instead of accusing me or getting an adittude, they helped me resolve it. Best location. I am way too obsessed with this place. I've eaten 2 other locations. And this one otherness come close!

Normally a good experience but the cashiers are not a good representation of the business. They discuss outside issues, curse on the floor with customers in the store, etc. Mgt/owners must upgrade if they want to remain successful.

Don't answer the phone, don't acknowledge a customer that haven't been help yet. E.g "I'll be with you in just a sec". One girl seen me and just kept moving like I wasn't even there.

Customer service is terrible the young lady that works in the front with the black and blond braids is very very rude, She had the nerve to talk about other customer in front of the people that sitting in the lobby. She makes the company look terrible and I probably won’t be back here. These are the type of people we should not hire to work in our community. Please do yourself a favor and remove her from your establishment. ??
