The unsanitary conditions and constant absence of soap in the bathrooms combined with staff that doesn’t wash hands gives customers food poisoning. The seasoning was subpar, and tortillas were damp and soggy. The meat was stale. The caramel sauce was expired and was separated into oil and goo, acidic to taste.

Stopped in after a long walk. The drinks are super refreshing. The service was over the top and very welcoming. Total hate that I forgot the name of the young lady that served us (with the glasses and locs Thx❤️). Good quick bites.

Over the last couple months I’ve eaten here a few times. It’s always a fresh and inviting vibe. The stars are attentive and courteous. The food was really good too. I’ve had their tacos and fried chicken. Right on time. Their menu is different so it’s nice to try something new. I’ll be back

I’m so mad I spent my money on this! I used to love the fish tacos here these were horrible! Fish tasted extra fishy didn't even finish my 2 tacos and the sauce was not good like before. Fries were hard and not fresh greatly

I really want to like this place! The food tastes so good buteach time I've gone...minutes later I'm running to the bathroom with stomach cramps. I have had quesadilla each time but got the same result. A friend of mine experienced the same and she has had different entrees off the menu.Hope you enjoy and don't have the same experience as me. It's a cute and clean spot.

On my 30 minute lunch break I ordered wings a fries and sat down waiting for 30 minutes, just for my order to be given to someone else. I got up to inform them, and asked for it to go, within 5 minutes they rushed and gave me wings that smelled spoiled rotten (OUT OF DATE) it tasted like my fries were loaded with salt and sugar. I had to throw the food away there was no way I could’ve eaten that. I was so disappointed $16.33 down the drain.

LM for Asst. Manager Sammi. The customer service is great here at Brookwood Hills. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is chill and upbeat with great music for good vibes. Resturant is clean. Chipotle Aoili is on point and a must have for every meal. I appreciate the leadership and responsibility that Sammi takes managing the location.Go Eat!

This place never disappoints. I either order take out or I dine in. Food is always good and fresh. Ambiance is always good . And they now have a full bar which I love! The frozen margarita is $10 and it does it's drop.

They don't pay their employees on time. The Owner, Katy, and the Operations Manager, Hutch, do not respect their employees nor their time. I was hired to be the General Manager at Toco Hills location. In my case, I quit after a day because of a poor operation and I never received my measly less than $300 pay. Offer letter is attached with my name redacted before they reply "this person didn't work here". I've also included evidence of our conversation. Reason I quit:First day of work, the operations manager texts me and informs me to come in 1 hour later than scheduled (30 mins prior to shift starting)Second day of work, owner tells me she will be about 30-45 mins late (15 mins prior to shirt starting)They were aware that I was driving 1.5 hours in Atlanta's morning traffic to arrive to work and they expected me to sit in the parking lot waiting on them, wasting my time, because they lack respect and efficiency.Issue with receiving check:On 9/14, I sent email about pay that I never received from over 2 weeks ago. Operations manager told me it would be at Toco Hills location the next day (2/15). I go in on 2/17 because I live so far away, only to get there and the check isn't there!!!I sent owner a text (screenshot attached) who says she will bring it in the next day (senseless and disrespectful) because apparently she misplaced it although I'm sure she never brought it in. She also said she could send it via Venmo. Based on where I live, I obviously requested a Venmo payment. I responded immediately with Venmo instructions and 6 hours have passed without any payment being received. She just abruptly stopped responding to my texts. Let me reiterate that the payment is merely less than $300 but money that I rightfully worked to make.Their 5 star reviews are "paid"/fraudulent:5 star reviews are not genuine because they offer people free fries to leave a 5 star review before the customer even tries the food.Notice how vague the 5 star reviews appear to be written?Bad food quality:Shrimp is undercooked and refried (customer complained) and didn't even want a reorder because of how terrible it tasted (tail still attached to shrimp)No regard for hygiene/sanitation:Using gloves is an afterthought. They use their bare hands to setup the aqua fresca drink machine. Literally they're elbow deep in the machines putting it together before the store opens. Disgusting.Unfortunately, I have to waste my time leaving this review in addition to filing a complainant with the Department of Labor and BBB. Do not support this business that does not care about employees. Turnover is through the roof.I was content with the salary offer but the amount they pay to hourly workers is completely terrible. Assistant managers (acting as general managers) make around $15/hr.Do not support a business that lacks respect for its employees.
