I purchased two Cobb salads for my mom and I for dinner tonigh. When we got home the lettuce was in bad shape. It was old and slimy. I don't appreciate having to pay $10 for a salad that was old. If I have to pick out the bad pieces, then it's not worth it. I would like a refund. This is unacceptable.

I order 6 meals tonight and a young helpful lady name Asia helped me from hello how may I help you to enjoy your night. Asia said u want me to grab your food and bring it to the car. I said thank you yes but I saw that they were getting busy so I went inside and she still helped me with the drinks. I had six orders now. Thank you Miss Asia. I eat lunch here sometimes and I have had my salads prepared with such care (condiments placed in little containers and bags). I was pleasantly surprised. The food is fresh, hot/cold and the drive thru window is always quick, correct and the staff is pleasant too.

Talking about slowwwwwwwww service! The wait time in the drive thru is RIDICULOUS! Imagine waiting in line for over twenty minutes only to be told to park and WAIT EVEN LONGER! First and LAST visit here.

This is THE slowest, most lackluster service-giving Zaxby's ever! I honestly completely resent the fact that this low level of service/experi nice is located in a predominantly Black , but changing community. People deserve and can offer FAR better!
