The new hours for the dining room are 9pm, but the drive through is still open. My vehicle won’t fit through the drive through and they won’t allow me to walk through the drive through in the freezing cold.. I guess I’ll go to Arby’s.

I was getting my car worked and came here to grab some lunch.The inside is clean. They have one of those Coke freestyle machines so you have a large selection of drinks.I ordered the Wingz and Thingz. I got 5 traditional wings in garlic buffalo sauce, 3 tenders with spicy zaxby sauce, texas toast, fries, and a drink. I also ordered the funnel cake with caramel sauce.The wings are amazing. I really like their sauces. I wish I could buy the sauces to take home. The chicken tenders are above average and the spicy zaxby sauce is also above average. The texas toast is good and the fries and really good. The funnel cake is inexpensive but it seems think and it falls apart. The caramel sauce tastes good but is extremely thick and is a problem to spread on the funnel cake.

I’ve been coming here for years. I always take surveys. I took a survey for a BOGO. However, the survey was from a neighboring store. I completed the survey and got to the window and the store refused to take the BOGO because it was from a different location. So, I left and called the guest service experience line. When did this change. My issue is you missed out on an additional $28, because I was only saving $9 how does that help you and your bottom line as a company. Furthermore, your employees and manager saw that I had two kids in the car wouldn’t it have been better customer service to have just honored the BOGO?
