Walked in to place an order at 9:20. On the front lobby doors I seen the hours state 10:30am - 10:00pm. First thing said as soon as I walked in was “damn why didn’t you lock the lobby doors” to another co worker. Next thing said was we can’t take your order out lobby is closed. Explained to them the hours I seen on the front door and that I was a semi truck driver and could not fit in the drive-thru is their anyway they could work with me a little even. The guy replied back we can’t take your order here but you can place one online. At this point I’m not interested at all. All of them showed no sense of urgency or desire to want to help. Sorry a** customer service

They had me wait at the door forever when there wasn’t even a line. I had to go inside and the food was on the counter the whole time. And the food they gave me wasn’t what I ordered.

I had a zalad besides the hard toast it was good. The place could use an upgrade. Using the bathroom made my anxiety and ocd kick in lol I also had to walk across to McDonald's to get black pepper, I will not eat a salad without it.

I came in Friday evening 2/9/24 to a very rude cashier with long braids and a STANK attitude took my order, I asked to make sure I get the correct serving of fries and I didn’t they cheat you with the serving , They drowned my sandwich in Zax sauce… the tenders are small for the prices I won’t be coming back to this location!

This was far past the lunch rush this was around 3:00 p.m. going on 4:00 p.m. they were absolutely swamped with customers inside and outside. However I waited almost 30 minutes for my food I felt like it was already made but it was sitting behind the counter where I couldn't see it and when they finally got around to calling my name they gave me my food and it was absolutely COLD!!!! By then I had already made it home and I wasn't going back because I had just got off work and I was really tired, I think this will be the final time I go to Zaxby's their menu hasn't really been up to par lately and their customer service has really fallen off. Can we please have a Raising Cane's here in Georgia or Atlanta sometime soonWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

1/25/2024 got there at 10:45am, were told it would be at least 10 more minutes before the food would be ready. But open at 10:30am!!! Went there on lunch
I swear the short bus drops these "workers" off. I've been here busy and not a car in sight and still takes 20 minutes to mess up your order or "we don't have it". Everytime it amazed me how they mess up in a new way...this is the worst "fast food" I've ever had to wait for if it's your right
