Went there yesterday and tried the Cobb salad for the first time. There was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it. No more Chick FilA for me. The salad was HUGE, had plenty of toppings, and they were generous with the dressing. Staff were professional as well.

Zaxby's is hit or miss. My salad has been made wrong several times. Sometimes it's perfect. My daughter always get the Kickin' Chicken sandwich meal. That's hit or miss, too. My boyfriend doesn't like to go here because it's as expensive as a dine-in restaurant.

Staff was horrible! Move at their own paste, argues over who going to take the order or not, on the phone behind counter, we drove over 2 hours for business and decided to stop here and eat, biggest mistake, wouldn’t recommend this zaxbys. They don’t care for their customers!!!

Though I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order to complete, they handled the situation with a listening ear and a free dessert.
I really don't understand how this place is still even opened. I've been here 4 times and every single time they have disappointed. They always have an attitude, they can't follow simple instructions. My order has never been prepared right, they always leave out multiple items, give wrong items, or the food is nasty. This is the worst Zaxbys in the area by far. I guarantee that if this place is someone's first time at Zaxbys they will never return to a Zaxbys because of how horrid the experience is. I've given it four different times to change but nothing has changed if anything it gets worst. Management has to have low standards to keep allowing this establishment to be run with such low quality. I'm frankly confused at how little these people who work here care about giving good customer service and preparing food properly and accurately. Very bad business and I recommended all my people to stay away from this place because your order will be wrong and you might get food poisoning from the lack of care that the employees show. There's a Zaxbys on Hugh Howell and one on Buford Hwy, do yourself a favor and make the drive to those instead to avoid disappointment.

So I was unsure about the location because I do mor live in this area of Atlanta? but I had to stop and grab something to eat. I am not a big fast food person and dont like dealing with the hit or miss customer service. My experience was short sweet and satisfying. Exactly what fast food should be. Fries snd chi ken were fresh hot and flavorful. I pulled over to eat in the parking lot and the manager came out ask how I enjoyed the meal. That never happens so I decided to write a review.

Got off the expressway to grab some food. Got a kiddie finger meal my food was cold, the box looked like it was reused, they didn’t give me any sauce for my tenders. Still going to work hungry. Waste of
