I've been here a couple of times. The food is pretty good and pretty typical of a Zaxby's. I think the sauces have been wrong every time I've been here. Minor, but I shouldn't really have to go back to the counter every time to swap for the sauce I just ordered. I can't imagine door dashing from here if you care about specifics.The other off-putting thing is the yelling. Seems like a manager or supervisor spends a lot of time yelling very loudly at the staff. I get that you may need to correct the staff or keep their motivation up, but screaming seems harsh, and as a guest, I find it distracting and annoying. I probably won't be back because of it. I would certainly not work in such an environment.

The food is nasty, the fries halfway cooked with no seasoning. They never make your food correctly and the workers always have an attitude. The only thing made right are the drinks!!! Literally! No good customer service , long wait time.

The food here is terrible , I been here multiple times I’m like ok maybe it’s the wrong day or night , but no every time I gone just terrible. So I returned years later because I started working in that area and guess what still disgusting. My wings was cold and fries not cooked all the way through . So at this point we’re done

Very long wait. Was in the drive through line for over 35 minutes, and it was only 3 deep when I entered including my car. Avoid if you are in a rush definitely. The chicken tenders are excellent, and I do really like the Zax sauce. But it is not worth the long wait unfortunately. Avoid this location at all costs if you are on any sort of schedule. (1) salad ordered via mobile order took 4️⃣0️⃣ minutes. Even placing the order in advance via app.
40 minutes for (1) grilled salad makes zero sense. While they offered a coupon for the future, I didn't expect to spend an hour of my day at Zaxby's for one meal.

I would have rated this place 5 stars for the service, the guy at the counter was one of the best I have ever dealt with, and the food was great. The atmosphere was not as great. One of the coke machines was not calibrated correctly so it tasted like you where driking carbonated water with coloring. Also, a group of people came in with a small dog. They ordered with the small dog so the employee knew, but didn't say anything. Then the lady proceeded to let the small dog walk and play on the top of the table. I would think the health dept would go crazy. I cannot believe the nerve of people anymore. I love dogs, but not in a place that is serving food and licking and playing on the top of the table that people eat on. And when we were leaving, a homeless person was charging their cell phone outside. That was really weird too. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the food was hot and good.

the door and website states that they open at 11am, it is past 11am and they won't open the doors. one of the workers came to the door opened and said "we aren't open yet, we aren't ready" and then closed the door in my face in 39 degree weather.
