I was here earlier for an UberEats pickup and usually it's busy so I expected to wait. However, I've never waited this long for a pickup.When I got there, I was told it was being worked on. Minutes passed and people who came after me were getting their orders. So, I went to check on the timeframe and was then told, they just started working on the order and that it'll be a minute but they're about done.I waited a little bit and then asked, how long will it take (because I had another delivery I needed to complete). I was then told that the order was not showing up on their system ?‍?.At this point, I'm frustrated because I've been in there for 30minutes and was not communicated properly about what to expect ??.Then, I was told the order is there but they hadn't prepped it because they were out of Honey Mustard ??.I walked out and contacted UberEats customer support.Then I called to speak to a manager and I was rushed off the phone and the lady hung up.This was the worst service I've ever gotten from them. I understand if it's busy or they are overwhelmed but I sat there for almost 40minutes waiting on an order I thought was being prepped just to be told it wasn't at all!! This not only delayed my first pickup order but I most likely missed out on orders that could've come through.The other young lady that was there, was much better. She was at most, communicative.

My daughter and I love the hot teriyaki at another location and It's always the same. We were driving to Whaynesboro and stopped here got our regular order 50 wings half mild (pretty hot) and half hot teriyaki with fries. We get to whaynesboro and dig in and can't taste any teriyaki I thought the hot teriyaki were even hotter than the mild! Only my husband could eat that mess. We spent 50 dollars and threw away half the wings! So disappointed!

The service was okay no issues there. But when u got home and opened that box with them little wings I was throwed. The fries tasted like they wasn't cooked never again.

My order was wrong (my receipt said no veggies and they added veggies). I asked for it to be remade and the cooked PICKED (with his hands) the veggies out. I told the cashier it was very obvious that its the same rice!!! And she told the cook i was COMPLAINING and the cook said he would not make my order! I received partial refund. Disgusting behavior, a spit in the face, never coming back: i threw the food away because i cant eat it and dont trust the cooks.

Love the hot wings. They had a great sauce and were very good. While visiting the area, we ordered 75 wings twice for family to enjoy. We ordered the wings well done and they were awesome! On our takeout order, the employees will show you what you ordered to make sure everything is correct with your order! Awesome!Highly recommend!!

Let’s start with the fact the employee is rude as ever. Not the first time I had an issue with an employee. Pretty sure her name is April. I ordered a Philly and got chicken. I ordered a 5 piece wings and 15 wings both with fries and dodnt recurve fries for neither order. The wongswere overcooked. When icalled to at least get the fries sent to me she literally said "What do you want me to do about it!?". The manager is Zane and she claims he isnt available. I decided after her attitude that iwouldnt even trust them making my food in the future. TRASH LOCATION!!! Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on Baston Rd. The Deans Bridge location needs to be shut down. Disgusting all around!! Terrible customer service and that employee is bad for business! It’s a reason I did door dash and even the door dasher talked about how nasty her attitude was.

I ordered fried rice three times 1 house rice 2 shrimp fried rice didn't taste good only on Sunday,when first started eating there rice was the best! But it wasn't on a Sunday I guess Sunday no good eating.

Didn’t even want to eat after watch an interaction between that cashier, a customer and what seems to be the”new management”. As someone whose be coming here in and off over the past year I’ve come to get to know the morning/day shift cashier a lovely young lady who always keeps the customers best interests in mind.I look passed the quality of the food because some of my best interactions have been from her, that being said I was completely turned off by what I say and heard.Another young lady who was being serviced tried reaching over the counter. (Who dose that? Its common knowledge that you don’t reach over the counter.) The cashier literally said in what I feel like was a polite enough way that she didn’t need to reach over the counter and that she’d give her a cup all being said while she was being handed a cup.The other young lady proceeded to curse at the cashier and say she didn’t know she couldn’t reach over the counter( what?) in response the cashier said that she would be refusing service (as she should) the young lady then continue and was demanding she be cashed out the cashier proceeded to walk away which was the best decision she walked away from it respectfully.Now here’s my issue two people right next to the cashier which I presume are the new management didn’t do what needed to be done to de-escalate the situation asking what’s going on…. How are you standing right next to your staff and not paying attention? The cared more about money then defending their employee (employees don’t come to work to be harassed and berated) they cashed out the young lady then when the cashier came back the young lady directed her attention back to the cashier to say “You don’t run nothing and take several seats”. Or something of that nature.This is where management failed immensely… the young lady still attacked your employee and you continued to provide her services, it’s a wonder why the cashier didn’t quit right there I personally would have.No one deserves that kind of treatment, and I don’t approve of how it was handled and since they care about a dime so much you’ve lost mine. I will not be spending anything else in this store but will visit the cashier when I can. It’s a shame.
