I always have a pleasant experience and tonight was no exception. Nihyhana was nice, prompt and on point with her service. All my food came out hot and in adequate timing all while she was hosting 3 or 4 other tables. We’d come back just for her service alone. Keep up the good work!

I came here because I was given a gift card for a gift a while back and I finally decided to use it. When we first walked in there was no one to greet us at the hostess station so we were kinda confused at first but a few minutes later a lady comes and sits us down...1st off the place is not really busy however I can see it maybe a little short handed. I was trying to be understanding because I also work in service and I truly appreciate getting good service. Today was terrible. My waitress was nice however she attended to tables already eating and she decided to clean off a table before at least asking us if we were ready..we ordered a appetizer and I asked if I could get it without something I'm allergic to and instead of her explaining that it can't be taken out she walks off and says she'll be back ..15 minutes later we get the taco thing and of course it has Cilantro and I would have ordered something else if she would have said something. I looked for her to ask for something else she proceeded to go to another table instead. Overall I will not be spending my birthday gift there.

Honestly the server was horrible, didn't want to answer no questions rude and obnoxious.
Shoddy excuse for a restaurant. Unable to provide a "bloody mary". No wait staff; Got tea refill from bar tender. Salad was small, over have not edible (hard lettuce stalk). Portions small; My companion provided 2 orders to get adequate meal - and the place wasn't busy, no excuse for lousy service...

Would never eat there again! !!! Service was slow, took over 30 mins just to get one app, 20mins to get order placed, food was cold , which waited over 30mins for that , one person in our group had too about another 10mins for there food. Never asked if wanted refills on drinks. Table was not clean! When carrying food to another behind they wasted all their ranch dressing on the floor leaving it there until another employee seen and cleaned it up. Over 20 mins it was there.Worst service ever!

wheelchair friendly. Bar unable to make "bloody mary". Background music annoying. Pasta order very small; Order 2 to satisfy my companion. Good 'French' onion soup. House salad terrible. Breadsticks good but expensive. Server never attended our table, stayed behind bar (ie: had to go to bar to get iced tea refill...). Very expensive! Will not return.

This place wasn't even at half capacity. We stood at the entrance for about 15 minutes with about 6 servers and a blue shirt wearing manager going about business walking right in front of us without giving any service or even acknowledging us and asking us to wait. This is shameful. Alltogether we waited for abiut 25 minutes before we decided to leave. On the way out we noticed our server was taking the order of a party who had arrived after we had. I wanted to talk to the manager to complain but lord knows how much longer that would've taken and if they even cared.
It was one of the best visits I've had there our server was named Chyna she was fantastic the food was great ?

Excellent service. China our server, was on it. Our food came out quickly and it was nice hot. Our drinks were quickly filled. She checked on us often. She took very good care of us. She is really a great server.

My wife and I both made the mistake of ordering steak, we love steak... Applebee's is NOT a steakhouse. Don't be like us, you will be disappointed... their steak is awful. Our server was very nice and the dessert was delicious. Stick with a burger or a salad at Applebee's and you'll probably have a much better experience.
