I’m a dasher and I was rude too …I guess she was the manager and don’t think she should be at the front….she should be at the back and not at the frout she should be outside picking up trash so she don’t have to talk to nobody but herself….and it’s over parking ??

I will never be back. $15 for a meal. The fries were completely covered in salt. I kindly inform them of the issue. I get fresh fries with no salt. Complete 180. Instead of complaining for a 3rd time I just tossed the food and left. Complete garbage. Don't waste your money.

The one on Washington Road next to the Baptist Church is our favorite go to place for Arby's, our second go to places the one in North Augusta on Knox Ave.My only complaint with Arby's is they did away with the potato
Food is always hot and fast, service is polite and quick, and the online ordering system they have for quick pick up is excellent if you are on-the-go or in a rush.
Used a coupon to get a French dip. Meat was discolored and I got sick later that night. Would not go back. The one in Thomson is better.

I'm just a little pissed. Apparently the parking spots aren't for vehicles. I was asked to move my truck and my friend had to move his motorcycle, after we parked in a clearly marked parking spot.I'm assuming either the local patrons can't navigate thru the drive thru, or the Arby's employees are smart enough to direct patrons.
