Kevin (the bartender) is truly one of the nicest and greatest bartenders I have ever met. He knows his job in and out, clearly cares deeply about people, and provides incredible service. The food at this joint is good and the drink options are solid.

Went to brunch today . It was AMAZING ! The service and food was great! Shrimp and grits was superb ! I actually used the gravy sauce on top of my 2nd omelette. Oh yea i had 2 omelettes. That was the star of the show! The omelette station was stocked with everything to create your own omelette . Chef Carmen out did herself ! She made the experience 5 star . First i was indecisive on what type but she let me know she can do whatever I had a taste for . Hats off to her . She runs a great brunch Buffett. Everything was hot, fresh , and clean . 10/10 will recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning . Also, the manager Sarah was nice and sweet . She came and talked to our table and make sure we were doing good. I didn’t feel like a number here .

I had the Caesar salad because they don't have blue cheese crumbles or French dressing my go to. The salad was flooded with dressing but I tried to eat it. I finished about half. However, the lasagna was truly amazing. We had a super pleasant server. (forgot her name). The place was super crowded so I highly recommend a reservation. I surly will go back and try other thing.

Had the calamari and mussels . They were excellent. My wife had the ravioli and said that the ravioli was tasteless. Service was very good and they have a wide range of premium bourbons at very good prices.

Food was great, but a a little pricey. Server was good, but not very engaged. I look forward to engaging with the restaurant staff and that didn't happen which took away some of the experience. Saw other servers engaging with their patrons. So, I will come again and see. Management was very engaging.

I went to Augustino’s 01/29/24 to celebrate my 23rd birthday. First off, my friends food was very cold and had to get sent back. My ribeye was very unseasoned and bland. We ate our meals and at the end of the night asked our server if they offered a complimentary dessert. Our server said she would have to check with her manager. The manager comes over and proceeds to tell us that they don’t offer the complimentary dessert. Instead of leaving it at that she added a snarky comment, “ We do have really tasty mints in the front and you can grab as many you want and we hope you come every year for your birthday.” Like how beyond rude and unprofessional. For spending over $100 in that establishment, I expected more professional service from the manager and more tastier food. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because my lemon drops were really good.. lol.

My son and I look forward to our monthly visit to the brunch at Augustino's . Unfortunately, this visit left a lot to be desired. Our greeter did not inform us of the day's menu selections. Also, I was disappointed that there was not an omelet station offered anymore. The manager informed me that I could have ordered an omelet through my server; the server did not inform me of that possibility.

The restaurant looks upscale, service was great, food was very tasty. The tiramisu was not as good, it felt like it had been frozen and was just put on a plate and served to us. Overall, would definitely recommend.

The entire staff treated our family like VIPs. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working. The manager and wait staff checked on us continuously through our meal. They were knowledgeable about their menu items and helped me decide between two items I was wanting to try. It was probably the best dining experience we have had in a very long time. The food was all delicious and we will be back. This is our 10 year olds favorite restaurant and this visit definitely confirmed his choice.
