Never get order right. Out of the three items I ordered today ALL WERE WRONG. The triple scoop had 2 of the 3 flavors wrong , the double scoop had half of the flavors wrong, and chocolate dipped ice cream was completely missing. If they were out of some of the flavors maybe ask them what they want instead of just guessing.

Love the newly renovated establishment the refreshers are soooo good. I always get the raspberry watermelon add lemonade. The staff is friendly it's just everyone does not greet you when you come in. But overall Great location!

UNPROFESSIONAL TOWARDS UBER-EATS DRIVERS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!The experience I had with Baskin-Robbins was not professional. I ordered two ice cream bowls through Uber. 1 hour and 3 drivers later, an Uber driver informs me that they didn't have the ingredients to make one of the bowls. I asked why Baskin-Robbins did not contact me sooner to cancel the order, but an anonymous Baskin-Robbins worker became impatient, but offered to make a regular sundae instead. I declined and requested a refund. The Uber informed me that I would have to cancel on my end. In the process of me canceling the order, another driver picked up the order, so I informed them of the substitute order. However, the Baskin-Robbins worker refused to make the order, claiming that I had an attitude with them. My UberEats driver considered them unprofessional based on how they were handling the situation from her perspective. Fortunately, I did not have to deal with this situation in person, as it could have gone differently. I will not be using this location's services again. Thank you.

Had my first bad experience at the 3024 Washington Rd in Augusta, GA on 2-22-2022. The wrong order was giving to me twice then was giving my ice creams including two quarts without a bag and was told I should ask for the bag the next time all in all, was told Im not to come back to that location any more by a manager who said her name was Jessica and would not give me my receipt until I call the police and he got it for me Jessica stated I was rude to the young lady but didnt let me address my part went bavk inside and lock the door. I have been going to this location since 2005 never had a issue now for whatever was going on (good or bad) this has put a MAJOR ISSUE on what really went wrong

Waited a good 5-7 minutes before even being acknowledged. Seems like the staff is poorly trained, or just not following safe standards. Had to ask person making our ice cream treat to change his gloves (he put them on before he even took our order and was touching his head set, the POS screen/surroundings and even his face while taking our order. He didn’t bother to wash his hands between changing his gloves, nor did he wash them prior to putting them on in the first place. There was also a bottle of cleaning spray on the counter near/where food is being stored/prepared (that was set down by another employee, while our food was being made) and nobody made an effort to move it, even the woman who looked to be the manager, who was not attentive to anyone but herself, bothered to move it the entire time our food was being made and she was near it or right in front of it numerous times. The Employee who helped us (Johnny) was very kind and professional, he seemed very young and did state he had only been working there for around one month, so I’m assuming that would be why he was not aware of proper use/wearing of gloves and food safety rules/regulations, I think he just needs more training, and also training - most definitely for the other team members AND management. Restaurant could’ve been cleaner/tidier, was not put together very nicely, everything seemed kind of in a disarray/messy, which in turn makes it look like it’s not very clean - and that’s for the restaurant, as a whole- from behind the line/counter to the lobby. All of the employees had dirty/stained shirts. Just needs some cleaning up.

They never, ever have the flavor of the month. Today they didn’t even have chocolate. None of the interesting flavors listed online are available. The ice cream containers looked gross - honestly glad I didn’t order anything because it was very disheveled and unsanitary looking.

Went through the drive through and while the staff was nice the ice cream was not. It tagged stale. When I got home and looked at the napkins they gave me it looked like blood smears on them! If I figure out how to post a picture I will!
