I accidentally walked in after they had closed, but they still made me my order, and the customer service was fantastic. Very nice environment. The coffee was just okay, but I would definitely go back.

Vegetarian garden wrap was absolutely wonderful and the fresh-ground coffee was excellent. VERY LGBTQ+ friendly and Jeff is such a sweet guy! Definitely looking to come back here a whole lot <3

Beans & Bites has done nothing but impressed me in it's early opening. The owner also works the counter, and is great at remembering your order from the last time, as well as being super friendly and considerate. He makes everything in front of you, and always asks if it's made the way you want it before you leave in case he needs to fix it. I would recommend this place for it's character, service, and taste! Every coffee drink I've had here is amazing.

Went there today for lunch with a few friends. The food was excellent! We had the pork tacos and the notorious BIG - both were fantastic. Everything tasted really fresh. Excited for this new option for a delicious and healthy lunch in downtown.

Stumbled upon this place while walking in downtown Augusta. Decided to stop in and grab a smoothie. I had the triple berry which consisted of strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry. It tasted wonderfully. They also serve breakfast and lunch, wraps and sandwiches. I decided to save that for another day though. The man working was very kind and helpful. He offered to make me another drink if I didn't like mine, but I loved it. I would definitely return and recommend.
