Lady was rude and did not even let us finish our order. My father, who was helping a homeless man by buying him food, took time out of his day to buy here just to be disrespected by the cashier. She didn’t wait for his order and rushed him.

I don't know what Bojangles had going on this particular morning, but my order was wrong but when I went back through line it was their fault and the lady made it right and was very apologetic for it! But when I got my food..! The biscuit just fell apart in my fingertips. Lile you could not pick it up too eat that it just fall apart into a lot of little crumbs! But it still was good but it wasn't like the old fashioned biscuits like before!

This location did me very bad I was picking up an order and they had to make tea with a meal that was ordered. When I drove to pick it up they told me it would take 20 minutes to make the tea.I said no problem came back after 15 minutes and they told me the female is in the bathroom but she was in the process of making it.I came back in 15 minutes and they said they didn't have any tea. And this manager told her why did you mislead them about the tea. So they gave the customer lemonade ? instead.I'm unsure ? about ever going to this location again. This customer service was terrible. This happened yesterday.
Look I'm quick to leave feedback when things are bad. So I'm taking the time to say these people are great.

I’ve been careful about driving away with my order because I know they’re going to mess it up. Well, I checked my 3 wing dinner with an additional wing ($1.99) and found a burnt party wing because it most definitely wasn’t a regular wing. I go inside and let them know that I need them to replace this party wing. The manager, while picking her teeth, says “all the wings are small. It appears that people have complaints about small wings so she was ready; I guess. But I held up this burnt party wing and even a customer had to laugh at it. She grabbed the utensil and placed a wing in my box. What are you doing with the good size wings? The other Bojangles ALWAYS have fresh, nice size wings and they’re not picking their teeth and being rude. Unfortunately, your store is closer than the other Bojangles but since I want better food and service; I’ll just have to take that ride. Change your cooking oil and your attitude.
They are ALWAYS VERY SLOW SERVING US.
