I placed a large order for my church choir. The people at Bojangles placed it exactly the way and time I asked for. They also went the extra mile with helping me with my order to my car and helping me to load it. They did it with a smile and great attitude.

It was very obvious that this restaurant on this day was understaffed and way in the weeds. The drive threw line was backed up, and the customers inside were very put off at the wait and lack of items made. I feel bad for the only older woman who was having to tend to some of these very rude, entitled, and pissie customers. She was the manager and was handling it the best she could. At one point a staff member young lady just walked off the line and when asked where she was going returned a snappy quip of "I'm going to the bathroom is that OK" I had a large order of 14+ items to place and no time.to wait for the workers to work on preparing food so I left empty handed. Staff should be retrained or let go except for the manager at that time.

I ordered the 3 wing dinner with double fries and a sweet tea, I work approx. 5 blocks from restaruant my chicken was not fully cooked, great and very cold. My tea was unsweetened and I was not given a receipt. The only thing hot in my meal was the fried of which I only received a single order when 2 sides come with the meal. Called back to speak to the manager and a BOY stated he was the manager. I explained what the problem was and told him the time I was there ordering. He was rude and dismissive. After telling me since I don't have a receipt (I never got one) he wasn't going to help and hung up in my face. I called back and asked for number to corporate he again hung up in my face. I called back and he refused to answer the phone.

I went there after I got off work at 6:30 am the lady at the drive thur was rude didn't say Good Morning just said the total once she open the windows and took my money and gave me my food which everything was Luke warm ..fries wasn't hot and chicken biscuit wasn't fresh..I don't usually go to this location because of traffic.BUt thought I'll go since it was no traffic honestly I could have saved my money and went else where or just ate at home.And it would be nice to get a receipt to know what your paying for because the meal read $6.99 on the menu but get to the window its $8.94 .smh I guess its taxes but when I work at this same location 10 years ago ..the ppl work there actually had good customer service and care about they job ..nowadays ppl don't care about nothing.

I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Drique. He has helped me in past. He’s a very fast efficient worker who also is very friendly with alll the customers. I needed him to clean a table for me and he did it sooo fast and with a servant’s heart! Great service, Drique!!
The employees seemed to be in a position, where they couldn't understand my order. When I received my order, it was not correct. The food is not up to standard. I want my money refunded.

Got dinner there Friday night. We got the 12 pc family meal. Everything was delicious. By far the best fried chicken and biscuits from a fast food franchise. Only issue was with the half gallon of tea. Usually the tea is great, but this tea was highly unsweetened, and very tasteless. Not sure if it was just a bad batch or what.
