I wasn't impressed. I ordered 12 steak biscuits and ended up paying $48. I didn't get the total until I got to the window. I didn't change the order but it just seemed expensive and I had to wait for the food for like 10 min. I did not receive any jelly or condiments with my order... This is the first and last time I'll go to this location.

it's a bojangles, you should know what to expect with food. but for service the mike Padgett team is well oiled and tuned for success. you should not have a long wait for a simple order, and the experience shows.
We ordered a 2 piece white chicken meal green beans and coleslaw. Also a 1 piece breast chicken meal with pinto beans and coleslaw. We got everything but the coleslaw in both meals. The family 20 piece chicken had all that it came with. Every time i order from there something is always missing and you can try to call no one answers. This afternoon you could hear the hollowing among the workers thru the intercom. And had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook the chicken that was not done.

The crew today for lunch was so sweet. I had to ask for refills and other small things several times, and they were so pleasant. They were on the ball, and the food was hot and fast. They are clearly a great team and one of the best meals I have had at this location.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. I was laughed at in my face after dropping my fries on the pavement in the drive thru. The window was shut in my face. Cashier turned her back to me and I was not offered a solution or anything. Worst place I've ever been.
Food is always fresh. Workers are always friendly, and service is pretty fast.Parking: There are not very many parking spots at this location. But most of their business is from drive thru customers. There is plenty of parking for a small rush during lunch.
Always stop here when I come thru town on my travels. Last visit an older lady waited on me and we enjoyed a comfortable few words. She was awesome and made my day.

This was such a disappointment. Ordered chicken tenders and fries: the chicken was dry as heck and the batter was burnt. The fries were extremely over salted and almost brown in color from what I can only imagine is being cooked in very old oil. It was all dreadful and we spent nearly $70. Will. Never. Go. Back.
