To be honest I only come to this Burger King is after 3:00pm when the night shift manager is working. She is clearly the only manager at that location that has some sort of customer service skills and cares about how she represents her company. Some of the people they have hired at this location look so bad and unprofessional. When I see that there working I just pull off. Sierra clearly doesn't belong in the bunch but I'm glad you have her.

This Burger King, WHEN they have a manager in attendance RUNS PRETTY GOOD! When the manager takes off you will find the DOORS LOCKED! WHO closes a whole business in the middle of BUSINESS! BURGER KING you need to reevaluate who you have working! Closed doors means no money! Hire people WILLING TO WORK and not walking around being on watch phones and everything else besides WORKING!!!!

A lot of people today write only bad reviews and never post the good ones so I just wanted to make a good post. The lady who works there was so sweet. Her name was Latori (I’m sure I spelt that wrong) and she had the most amazing manners, she was so kind and now a day that is really hard to find so big thanks to her for making it a pleasurable experience! She needs a raise!

I ordered the wapper junior Duo Receive my sandwiches and they were wrong. Returned to Burger King to explain. My sandwiches were made wrong. They remake them only this time instead of wapper juniors. I received whoppers this time. They need to look at how they're reading their orders to ensure they're getting them correct. The young lady in the window was absolutely marvelous. She was professional at all times and courteous. And she made sure that she called the Sandwiches out right, and they still got the wrong ones.

For a fast food place, this place does alright. Generally their timing on orders is fairly decent but busy times definitely can show that they run unstaffed. Even when busy the staff has always been friendly.

I would rank burger king, one of the better tasting brands out of the fast food brands. At this location off of Walton way I really received a substandard product when I asked for a double cheese burger. I actually couldn't eat the burger and had to throw it away. It's really sad because I know the owner. I hope that they look at this location and get it under control. Sometimes it is staffing problem that will drive your customer base away.

Manager on duty was very nasty ordered 2 whopper meals,2 fish sandwiches, onion rings and the original chicken sandwich,I was in a cab so really didn't have time to check it so I called and spoke with her on the phone and told her that I was missing my original chicken sandwich she said I made your order and it in the bag Amyia whatever her name is was very disrespectful and told me that she didn't have to deal with me and to call corporate office didn't get a receipt I think she needs to be fired.
