Have been to this location many times and always ordered through the drive thru, for my family of 5.Pulled up to drive thru and was told that 5 trays was considered a large order and it had to placed at the walk up window. Keep in mind, it was 9:30pm, there were cars in front of me and cars behind me. I couldn't just leave. Worker refused to take order, and wouldn't tell me if this was a new rule, just wouldnt come back on the intercom. I had to wait while the 4 cars in front made it through getting their food before I could leave.

They allow the homeless population to hangout and harass their customers in the parking lot and drive through. When I told the employee I didn't feel safe because of the 3 homeless people I encountered 1 of who was aggressive I was told there isn't anything they can do to make them leave. It took 20 minutes for a burger that wasn't right and cold fries. Go somewhere else because this isn't it.

But the food was perfect...You can hear in their voice nobody wanted to be there.But I'll be damned of the cooks didn't know what they were doing Whatever was going on at lunch today had nothing to do with the kitchen for sure.Choose your battles?♂️I didn't go inside, so I can't comment on cleanliness.What matters is the food... And the cooks were on it.They should probably get a self-checkout thingy ?

We sat in the drive thru for almost 30-40 minutes before even getting to the window. They were out of burgers and when I ask for a blt they cut me off and just kept repeating we out of burgers. A BLT IS NOT A BURGER. They had this bum sitting here coming up to every car asking for cigarettes, cash, food, water everything. We gave him some change and he still coming back. Gave us the wrong drink twice and then waited till after they charged us to tell us they were out of wraps too. Imma hope if I come back that it’s different next time. And they not catching an attitude bout something that wasn’t our fault.

Gotta LOVE cold food...I don't mean ANY kind of cold...I mean just as cold as the drink with extra ice! Just know that if you pull up to the window and they are already handing you the food out the window...it was prepare and cooked long before you got there lol. The cashier was sweet, kind and personable though! She is the ONLY factor that saved this location from a 1 star rating!(Order: $6.99 tray with 2 chilli cheese/slaw hotdogs, hushpuppies, corndog, & Cheerwine along with a BLT and cheddar bites...it was ALL cold and stiff! My hot dogs didnt even have slaw/ketchupand mustard as I requested...the Cheerwine was nice and string though!!)

Lady at menu board decided to have a conversation while I was ordering and completely stopped taking my order. Upon saying hello multiple times I pulled up and was greeted with an eye roll.At least the food was good. I have to make myself come here now. It’s sad…Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp that goes right to an order window.

Had a late night visit with a large order. They were able to take our list and get our order accurate. I asked for an itemized receipt which I was told wasn't possible (but others had gotten them). The area can be sketchy at night but the food is good.
