I got the barbecue grilled chicken Char-Grill Cajun chicken sandwich with two coleslaws and a drink all under $13Best part is I'm stuffed. The food is like home style cooking. 2/2/2024 8:20 p.m.

The worst experience i’ve ever had at cookout. The workers were so rude. They ignored everything we were saying and were being very disrespectful towards us. The workers had an attitude the moment we pulled up to the speaker to order and cut us off when we were ordering. We then tried to tell them we weren’t done ordering and they told us to come to the window. We went to the window and told them again and the lady worker said “I’m done with them” and told another worker to handle it. The other worker was rude as well. We ended up just driving off without our food or paying and went to a different place. We also tried to tell them we had a peanut allergy and the workers completely ignored it when it was stated multiple times. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This was the worst experience i’ve ever dealt with at cookout. Me and 2 friends pulled to order, as we began we were cut off and yelled at. They ignored an allergy and did not let us finish our order. We pulled to the window and tried finished our order and repeating the allergy as it is deadly and the worker said “ i’m done with them u handle it”. The next worker started speaking with an attitude and again cutting us off. We tried telling him as well about the allergy and he kept ignoring us. We finally just pulled off and went to another cookout without paying or receiving any food.

They have to many people at the window one taking the order one taking money and someone bring items. To have my order repeated and it still was incorrect. ITS CRAZY TO ME.Now I have to take the food back it’s not like I live around the corner. Also they have us one drink we were about to get on the expressway. We turned around and went back like slow down and play attention. Don’t be in such a rush. Also stop cutting the customers off when their order saying “my pleasure” trying to copy Chick-fil-A they would never rush to take their customer order and they greet their customers with a smile and repeat the order back at the window.
