I came here for lunch today because I am obsessed with diablos pork; however, I will be returning due to the outstanding service I received today! Every single employee was so polite and even made me laugh! Thank you for a staff that puts smiles on faces!

Terrible customer service. My wife tried to go through the drive thru and had three orders and the lady through the window said “she had to much to order to come inside” we had three meals and she was extremely rude. We have spent a lot of money at this diablos well now we will not. I tried to talk to the manager and instead of being sympathetic made excuses, tried to give him my number so that the district manager could contact me and he hung up.

I prefer Diablos to Moe's. My wife and I can easily share a nachos with double spicy chicken. It's just about the perfect amount for two. When the weather is nice, they have a few tables on the side of the building. Usually they're in the shade.

I visited the Peach Orchard Rd and Tobacco Rd location something was wrong with the exhaust system and when we entered the restaurant the owner meet us with a smile and a apology for the area being a little on the hot side. However, I love their food my taco salad bowl was great!!!! Served with smiles and thank you come back again! We eat there often being that there's no restaurant to eat in close to our school. But I love Diablos the food, service and cost! When even ate on the sidewalk.

There were flies everywhere, and the items that were supposed to be hot weren't, the lettuce was wilted and turning brown, and there was an obvious lack of quality standards. I spoke to the manager, who was quite condescending and unprofessional, and he wouldn't process a refund until after he went on a tirade about the reasons why the food wasn't up to quality standards. I was extremely dissatisfied and would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Skip Diablos. This place is horrible. Bad service and small portions. Food is bland, topping are never fresh.

This is the good version of Chipotle, they season their meats more thoroughly and have non cilantro rice. My favorite is the spicy chicken and steak combo.

Not impressed. It's a Pancheros or Chipotle style eatery. Ordered the chicken bowl and it was gross. Couldn't even eat half of it. The chicken was burnt, the green sauce tasted weird. Plus after a while, all you can smell is the smoke coming from the grill, then it permeates your clothes and leaves you feeling dirty. Don't bother.

Will say the staff was pleasant and nice but I noticed they never flipped our quesadilla and cook did not pay attention. When we got home we found quesadilla was burnt and to hard to eat. GROSS 27 dollars down the drain. Other Diablo's have it down pat just this one is bad
