Order num #671. I’ve worked at Dunkin before so I know exactly what the young man did. I ordered a mobile pickup at 8:35pm and picked it up around 8:43pm. I guess at 8:35pm they had already shut down the espresso machine because I just paid almost $6 for milk and caramel. There was zero espresso in my cappuccino. It is literally milk tinted with caramel syrup coloring. I would much rather spend money at Starbucks. Cafe Dulce or Trellis are also better than this place and I used to work here ?

Slow service & you get harassed while you wait. Waited a good 15 minutes this morning. Not for the breakfast sandwich which I could understand takes a few minutes. No, I waited for a plain coffee. While I waited, I got harassed by a panhandler wanting money. I finally had to start honking my horn continuously to get anyone to even check with me about my order. Then I got the "not my resposibility" response. When I finally got my coffee, it came with no apology for my wait & a side order of a sarcastic "you're welcome" as if I was being unreasonable to expect that I should get the order that I paid for in a timely fashion. Unless you enjoy slow incompetent service & smelly panhandlers, go somewhere else.

This is the first time I came to Dunkin Donuts in Augusta, Ga.I was not very impressed.They had a very limited choice of donuts.Mine were stale.Parking: The handicap parking is not very handy to the handicapped person
They didn't give me the whole order and left me at the window for over 10 mins. I went inside and had to wait even longer. No apologies or anything. Poor

TO THE MANAGEMENT at this Location: PLEASE Replace the faulty Air Ovens at this store.Items are not getting done properly, left still COLD on the inside and burned on the outside.*Roasted Pepper Chicken Wrap, remade twice; this item was still in FROZEN in the center, both times, 2nd time burned on top. (Item Returned)*Ham & Cheese Croissant, 2nd remake; 1st one was fridge cold in the center.This is the 2nd one, burned to a crisp on top (pic shows burned parts in the bag), and STILL COLD in the center.On a good note:1- Donuts that were made today @ 4:30AM, were still soft @ 3PM.2-The young man who dispensed the order, did all he could, (within his reach), to make things right. He was very nice, handled the issue promptly and professionally. In spite of the problem not being something he, or any of the staff caused, He exchanged the product for a different item, with best efforts to make my experience better, and was also very apologetic about it.Bottom Line: Don't put the employees through this nonsense and get the ovens fixed, calibrated or REPLACED.#UnacceptableFood

The remodel was excellent. The doughnuts are in front of you. The display case makes the doughnuts more appealing.

I had to come to this location b/c my usual was under renovation. I usually get my sweet tea with no ice b/c I’m planning on drinking it later and didn’t want it watered down. I was told b/c I wasn’t getting ice they could only partly fill my cup. I paid full price for a 64 oz drink but it was only filled about 2/3 of the way b/c I didn’t want ice?? Also, it was foamy coming out of the dispenser so there was even less drink once it settled. How does that make sense? The gentleman was nice but and was doing his job but that rule makes no sense. I never have this issue at my usual location. I won’t be returning to this one.
