I’m sorry but this Dunkin seriously has to train their workers on how to make coffee. I seriously don’t think I’ve had one coffee from here out of like 6 I’ve gotten that I didn’t not like. most times I have to go back in and have them remake it. like one time okay but every single coffee is an issue

I only order coffee but I order it A LOT! So much so that some of the staff know my name; which I love. This seems to be the best, most accurate Dunkin’ around me. Other Dunkin’s (for whatever reason) just never taste the same as far as my sweetener goes. I honestly don’t understand this but it’s always perfect at this specific location. They have also recently been revamped inside and out and it looks great! Use the app to earn points and rewards. Mondays you get an extra 100 points for mobile ordering!

Placed an order for a medium hot chocolate and it wasn’t until I made it all the way to work that I realized I was handed a medium coffee. I called 4 times and no one answered the phone so that I could make them aware of the situation and ask if I could come back to receive what I paid forDue to my work schedule, I was unable to go straight back to the facility until the following day. When the receipt was brought back as well as the coffee that was given to me, they refused to give me the drink that I paid for, even though they gave me the wrong drink.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Line was wrapped around into the road, and they got everyone out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome
I find myself stopping at Dunkin at least 2 to 3 times a week especially on Mondays. With the app you can get a free medium coffee with any purchase. They also update the app the first of each month with other great rewards and they have a great Halloween theme going.
