It was my first time to this restaurant and was very excited to try new flavors. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very elegant and quiet. The server we had was not very attentive and she never came to ask if the drink/ food we had was ok, super slow service. I had to call her to request for a fresh fries which was very soggy and greasy and came out super late.

Great service. Worst food I've had. Small portions with a slightl vinegar taste. Truffle Burger had very little truffle oil in it which was overpowered by the blue cheese ?. Extremely expensive for the worst cooking South of the Mason Dixon line. Random 3% "operational fee" they add onto every dish. Everything is 3% more expensive and they don't tell you that unless you read the fine print at the bottom of the menu. The prices and reviews are inaccurate - the restaurant may have changed since then. Most of the dishes we saw online were not available in person. Don't go here!!

First evening there, and I really enjoyed the food. We went around 9 pm near closing. We were the only ones ordering. They did not have two of the beverages I enjoy but that's okay. We were able to sample beverages.

Food wasn’t an issue. The service however is ridiculous. We requested a table (about 4-6 empty tables that I could visually see) and were told only bar seats were available. Personally I hate bar seats and being that close around others and having everyone constantly hover over you, but that’s just me. So after about 20 mins of sitting at the bar I see none of these empty tables being seated. I go and ask when an available table will be, they tell me at least an hour… okay that’s a lie. After we finish our meal there are even more empty tables and I ask again why we weren’t able to be seated when there were clearly empty tables. They tell me they have reservations for these tables at 1pm. When we were finished and I asked this question it was currently 12:33pm and we arrived by around 11:50pm. They said they need to keep the tables empty for two hours for reservations. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. What kind of business thinks that that is okay? Clearly these tables can be used two hours before someone arrives. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone based off of my experience. Obviously go for yourself and try their food it is okay. Hopefully they get rid of this ridiculous 2 hour rule.

For $42 for Salmon, it was not good. Extremely salty and rice was bland. This is the 2nd time in a row that a majority of the items on the charcuterie board have been out. Please warn someone before they sit down that you are out of all meats but 2. Will not be coming back here for awhile.

We dropped in for brunch today and were both really pleased. The flavor was fantastic on the huevos rancheros and the biscuit and gravy with fried chicken. The Bloody Mary to start was great as well.Jessica was a great server.

I never knew this neat gastropub was tucked away at Surrey Center. I came in with some friends, and at the suggestion of Elias, one of their managers and I was not disappointed. Service was quick and friendly, and the lighting was perfect for the mood. I loved the vibes of the dimly lit rooms that also had a warm and cozy feeling. Initially, we were going to come in for drinks, but I will say that you should not sleep on the food. The chef's special with shrimp, scallops microgreens on a bed of couscous and garlic butter sauce was to die for. The seafood was perfectly caramelized, and the couscous was the right amount of tender and bite. I did not have the burger, but it looked hefty and smelled quite strongly of truffle (yum). The drinks were very flashy, and my mocktail was a good mix of sweet, tart, and had some spice. Highly recommend coming here for the lovely experience, drinks and food!
