We have had their pizza it was very good but this time it was not.lt was tasteless, gummy. We come into Augusta often but we're very disappointed at in buffet. We think Pizza Hut would be better

Very disappointing food. My fiancé and I brought my parents, his mom and our 7 month old and they charged us as a group because my INFANT was at the table and he only sat in his car seat, did not eat any of their food. I think that's ridiculous. I don't think our service was worth $25 as gratuity.My issue was not because of tipping. I tip all my servers. My issue was because this restaurant did not disclose to our group of 5 that we would be getting put into the 6 or more gratuity policy because my infant was at the table. I attempted to voice my concerns to management and they brushed me off as if I was the problem.

I think it’s hilarious how Shannon left a two star review for having to tip. I’m sorry to the restaurant for getting her review. I work in restaurants and know the struggle when it comes to customers with absolutely no brain. This place is great….. maybe stay home though if you get mad at gratuity charges. And to the lady who went on a rant on Facebook and was repeatedly told she was wrong and then proceeded to come on here and leave a 2 start review because she was mad for being charged gratuity, we tried to let you know but Ya know brick walls are brick walls.

I have been spoiled by Giuseppe's in Hiltonhead head and Bluffton they are completely off the chain. But this one was a big dissapointement.It was hot and salty. That's the reason for the 2 stars. The flavor was black d at best.I know it's hard to find good cooks anymore.Good luck
The Count of house Balleny and I had to get the best food in town friendly service and great atmosphere. They didn't even know they had a member of the Royal house among them it was just wonderful.

Disappointed in the lack of teamwork and service. Is there a manager in the kitchen? There were 6 people in front, not really working. No teamwork. We sat over 15 minutes before anyone took our order. I was amazed at how many times servers walked by us and did not speak. We gave the server our order. She brought us our salad if you want to call it that. It was bagged lettuce with a couple of cherry tomatoes and a slice of onion. Our server did not bring us our drinks until right before our meal was served. It was a joke. She checked on us when we were near done. We asked for boxes, and she dropped the check. She was quick to get our money. The lack of service and staff direction was severe enough that I will not be back.

We ordered the Medium Sicilian (thick) pizza. We thought it was going to be Chicago style thick, cheesy, sauced, layered…it felt like I was eating a big piece of bread with rarely any sauce or cheese. The thick part was the bread itself.
Very disappointed in the food preparation! Waitress said they were out of cucumbers so the salad only had lettuce and two cherry tomatoes! Ordered the lasagna dinner only to find the lasagna contained no meat ! Eggplant Parmigiana was overcooked.

Best dine in experience I’ve had in a long time. Food was beyond fabulous and service was great. Cristina was so kind and helpful and anyone that passed by our table checked on us. When asked for a to go cup for my Diet Coke, she was sweet & just brought a fresh drink to go as well as to go boxes. Been a while since I’ve been, but definitely looking forward to going back soon.
