Honestly, I don’t visit the south side much, and just expected this to be another hole in the wall like most businesses on gordon highway. Harvest table was not one of these places, prices are fair, food is well seasoned and prepared, and the place is spotless. If you’re looking for good, genuine soul food, stop here and sit a while. Their fried chicken was made with love, and personally, my favorite item was the broccoli casserole. If you stop by the harvest table, you will leave full, and satisfied with what you paid for. Been coming here for 18 years. My wife and I had our first date here and the only thing to change is the hand washing station in the front before you come in. The food is amazing every time. The service is amazing every time. The vibe is like family at the dinner table. It was a good omen for us to start here. We finally brought our kids back and they cleaned every plate they got. Glad this place is still here!

If you liked grandma cooking then you will love this place .I have eaten here 3 times now and I have been very satisfied each time. The vegetables are seasoned just right and the Is fried chicken is outstanding. They beat Golden Corral hand down. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back.H.
