The food is good. However, the customer service is despicable. They are exceptionally rude. They basically throw your food on the counter, call your number and walk away. Because of the rude customer service, I will not go back.

I went to this place today and asked for 2 fillet of catfish to try and the lady reaches in and gets 2 pieces of Swai. I stopped the lady at the register and informed her I ordered 2 pieces of catfish and she states well this is all they have. I responded but I asked for catfish fillet and not Swai so why would you try and sell me Swai as catfish and not say anything! This is insane! They are totally 2 different types and species of fish! Why are some of these Asian fish markets selling Swai as catfish and trying to pass it off? Know what you are buying people this is NOT okay! It’s not legal either! Huntington fish market stop this nonsense! I walked out! If you are seeking a certain type of fish don’t let someone sell you something as if it’s the real thing and it’s not! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!

I’ll give them 2 stars because I love their food but it’s this one “Chinese/Philippine” lady that takes orders sometimes! She is soooo rude ! They need to stop letting her answer the phone . She will make the loose a lot of business!

The young woman that answers the phone is horrible and disrespectful. One thing to remember the black community patronize you and provide your pockets with money. Your rudeness could definitely cause a negative word in the community and the business goes down.?only takes the right one!!
