Our server let us know through her attitude that she was not interested in giving us good service. I ordered a glass of milk with my meal, but it was served when our order went in and was not cold by the time our food finally came out 45 minutes later. My pancakes were like leather and although the menu said my meal came with 3 pancakes, I was only served 2. I pointed this out to our server three different times, but she only brought out my missing pancake as we were paying to leave. So between the bad attitude, the bad service, and the less than satisfactory food, we were not impressed with this IHOP and won't be going back. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Period.Parking: Because non-handicapped registered vehicles were parking in some handicapped spots, we had to park much further from the door, even though we are handicapped registered.

Ok, we just left this location and are now at the Evans location. Now, why did we leave the Peach Orchard location? The server left us high and dry. After she spilled sweet tea all over the table, splashed me, and wiped ice on my daughter. We still stayed and even helped her cleanup. We reassured her it wasn't an issue and that we've been there ourselves. The young lady was shaken up and kept apologizing over and over. No issue so far, we placed our order and waited. Then we waited and waited and waited some more. Other patrons came in sat down, got their food, and ate. We still had no food. I stopped another server and asked about our server. She went and found out our server clocked out and found another server to tend to us. However, it was crystal clear we were forgotten about. We left this establishment and one of the wait staff tried to accuse us of already receiving our food, and then she changed her position to our food was on order. We didn't care, we left and drove to the Evans location. I do not recommend the Peach Orchard location! They clearly have issues managing their people and caring for their guests.

Food was okay even though half the ingredients weren't available at all. Our server was the worst. My wife and I went to order and our server was telling us how to order our food. That we were paying for. On top of all that, our server was disrespectful like none other. All we wanted was two omelettes and a stack of double blueberry pancakes to split between us. And she still tried to tell us we were ordering wrong. Definitely not coming here again. Also if IHOP is reading this, the server's name was Charlette L.

Me and my parent went here today at 12pm. The front desk was deserted. We waited for 30 minutes for a table. When they arrived to the desk, they told us that they only took cash. The atmosphere was very quiet and deserted/customer service was very poor.

The food was good, needed more bananas on French toast. There was only 1 customer besides me. Atmosphere was so quiet that it was too quiet. Service was okay. I'm happy to see they sell vegan options. Maybe I can get my daughter to dine with me.

I don’t eat outside much or write reviews, but I was impressed by this IHOP. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing, it makes you want to stay in there. Oh and one of the best services I have gotten in a long time was provided by Tyrone, the manager greeted us and was very nice. Definitely will be coming back and will be asking for Tyrone. ??
