I'm really nice sandwiches, the Italian is absolutely delicious and they have the best spices and oil vinegar around. I wish the service was slightly better when ordering hot sandwiches they should ask you up front if you want anything else on

The big kahuna x large sandwich ? is what I ordered for $20 dollars. Very pricey. But it shocked me because the sandwich ? was off the charts awesome. So I give that sandwich a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. I'm going to try other sandwiches later but I highly recommend that one.

My experience with the Jersey Mike's by Fort Eisenhower was not the greatest. When I arrived to the location the next day, I was not greeted upon entry. The team members were not friendly. You would think they would be being that they are close to the army base. I have family in the military and I thought the atmosphere would be more welcoming.The cashier was not communicating effectively; I told him I was there for an order pick up and he walked away. He came back asking a question and then walked away again.Once I was rung up at the cashier register, I asked if I could add on 2 $25 gift cards and there were crickets. I asked again and he quietly said, "I'll have to ring that up after this." He wasn't helpful with inserting/tapping my card for payment either. I was just disappointed with my experience. The only good things that came from my experience were the accuracy and timeliness of my order. I won't be going back to this location for the lack of good customer service.

Friendly but obviously is not trained or does not observe food handling etiquette. The person preparing my sandwich stopped to help a colleague and vlaid my half made sandwich on the counter. Not even on the slab where you add the toppings. The next worker proceeded to finish my order and did not see an issuec with how my food was handled. I didn’t argue but asked her for more bread and she obliged.Makes me not want to go back out at pray not order ahead

I visited this location because it was close to my Doctor office. When I was told to order when I was ready I did then found out they couldn't accommodate me for a giant sub, because they were out of bread and the wait is 15mins. I was asked if I wanted a regular sub, there were two pieces of bread so I end up with a giant sub after all. Once over to the veggies station they were out of mayo, and very low on tomatoes, the server had to try to find decent ones for my sandwich. I tried to steal a quick bite while on the road and the bread was hard. This was my worst experience ever with a Jersey Mike's sub. I expected more!!!
I went to Jersey sub and I got two number eight the bread was hard as a brick the manager cut the bread and still served it to us knowing it was hard as a brick so I called back and told her that my bread was hard as a break and I told her I had two number eight she said I don't recall making two number eight when I started describing her and her co-worker then she remembered she tells me oh I'm sorry I open this messing up but if you know the bread was hard why would you serve it to your customers only thing she could say was she was sorry I spent almost $30 in there I would never go back again I do not recommend anyone to go back again or if you do check you right before leaving it was a big disappointment they don't deserve a star it was poor customer service

Good sandwiches with fresh toppings and decently fast. I was handed the wrong sandwich once from an online order, so I would double-check you have the right one if you do that (they don't write anything on the bags so it seems prone to mix-ups).
