The dining area was clean, but the drink area was dirty. If you want a place that you can go into where they ignore what you want on your order. Then this is the place for you. Food is expensive for this kind of meal.

Slow, lazy, and incompetent employees. Ordered through the app hoping it would be ready when I got there. No, and there were only two people in line ahead of me. There were five employees, that I could see, that were behind the counter. One was trying to make sandwiches and check people out at the same time, left a guy standing there with his food, payment in hand and the guy still had to remind her to ring him up (she went to straighten up the sandwich toppings). Another walked around just looking at stuff for about 15 minutes, just looking around and walking around silently, until he finally decided to start on my sandwiches, which I ordered a half an hour earlier through the app, so they had a heads up. Two of them were on the grill each cooking one sandwich a piece. Another was clocking in and it took the entire time I was there (about 30 minutes for an online pickup order) to get ready to even start working. Then a "manager" appeared from the back, they walked straight to the register, mumbled something to themselves about getting to clock out and they left. Finally my food finished and they shorted me two bags of chips. How!? With all that time. I was excited about getting a Jersey Mikes near the house. Very disappointing experience. Service is going to sh*t these days everywhere I go. Nobody cares about the customer anymore, nobody cares about good service, nobody takes pride in their work anymore. This place is no exception. Will not revisit.

We visited Jersey Mike'Subs at 217 Robert C Daniel Pkwy, Augusta GA. at 5:52 today.We are relatively new to the area and had never been to one before. The staff was very friendly, courteous & helpful. Everything was very clean. Our subs were delicious. We know where our new favorite sub shop is now. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. !

I literally just left there about 10 mins ago. While I was there I noticed that one of the workers that was on deli grabbed a broom and started sweeping while continuing to make customers sandwiches with the same gloves he was cleaning with smh. Thank God the person on the grill made and bagged my sandwiches, but when I got home I barley taste any meat because there’s was barley any meat on there! I only had meat and cheese on white bread and it felt like I only bit into bread and cheese. The bread was not fresh, so hard that I had to peel the top of the bread off so I could eat it. Waste of money. Never going back to this location again.

Staff was very kind. Unfortunately I have to rate low because staff does not change gloves between cleaning off equipment, dealing with customers and talking over food. Not sure why a paper and pen was on the counter while making my sub which it touched. I walked out. I do not trust the sanitary of this facility and the staff.
