My husband and I stopped here on March 1st, 2024 at approximately 3:10pm. The service was rude from start to finish. After bringing it to the young lady attention at the drive thru how rude she was, she said I am the manager. I said how could you be the manager being so rude? My husband is a man of few words and he had a problem with the service. After requesting to speak with another manager, he justified her behavior because she had to fix food and run the drive thru. Excuse me sir,that doesn't give her the right to mistreat the customers. We do understand the workforce, but don't take it out on us. To top that off my mom said the food was as rude as the service. Please do better or find some other line of work that dosen't requires you to interact with the public. First and last visit!

Horrible service. Rude people. Ordered 16 piece chicken, waited 35 minutes then they came out and said Oh we are out of dark meat. So I asked for a refund. Waited inside 15 minutes for the manager to get my refund. She didn't even apologize just handed me the ticket and my card back. I will never go back.

worst kfc i've been to food wise, bought a 3 piece 45 min ago and now it's in a pile in walmart parking lot i couldn't keep it down just throw the whole restaurant away

Lazy staff with zero sense of urgency told me 25m wait for chicken at 1PM, how can you not be prepared and ready during lunch hours?Terrible service, mostly ignored front end while staff hides in the back and ignores their duties. No wonder it took 30 minutes to get an order

The food was better than ever, but the biscuits are so, small now. $32 and change for 2 two-piece dark mash potato, colaw with two drinks 1 extra biscuit, and 2 Mac & cheese. That's ridiculous. I must say, I stop going to KFC because the chicken was so oily, and fatty and the biscuits were hard. But dec 2023 first time in years food was spot on. But the lady at the window had an attitude like she didn't want to be there or bothered
